Service Provider Database Terms of Service

By signing up for a listing, you agree that you understand and will abide by the following Terms of Service, and you further understand and agree that violation of these Terms of Service, and most especially any dishonest activity regarding Field Reports, will result in the immediate cancellation of your account with no refund of any fees paid.

General Terms and Conditions

The PunterNet Service Provider Database ("the Service") is open to all UK-based female providers of adult personal services. This includes:

Independent Escorts
Escort Agencies *
Massage Parlours
Saunas
Incall Flats
Sex Party Hosts

* An "Escort Agency", as distinct from an "Escort Directory", is defined as an agency which handles all the bookings for its ladies and which receives a percentage of each appointment

Listing sign-ups are not accepted from the following:

Male escorts (including "TV" and "TS")
Escort Directory Websites
Membership/Pay Sites
Non Service Providers
Any service provider found to have had fake Field Reports written as advertising, or whose agency or directory website has been found to have had fake reports
Any service provider found to have published website photographs that are not genuine photographs of the lady being advertised

Database listings, Announcements, and Tour Calendar entries may not include any of the following:

Advertising for any third party

Advertising male service providers

Offering the services of any person under age 18

Links to, or mention of, the "adultwork" website

Announcements Board

The Announcements Board is for advertising a new service, a special event, a new lady joining an agency, etc. The following are considered abuse of the service and are not allowed:

Posting an announcement that simply repeats the information in your Database listing and does not refer to a special event or offer, with the sole intent of maintaining high visibility
Posting multiple announcements for the same event

Tour Calendar

The Tour Calendar is for advertising a service provider's tour away from her home city. The following are considered abuse of the service and are not allowed:

Posting multiple Calendar entries for the same event
Posting a Calendar entry for a greater range of dates than the actual event
Posting a Calenar entry for an event in your home city

Complaints of abuse from other subscribers will be investigated and dealt with on a case by case basis.

Payment Obligations, Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Approximately five (5) working days before the Client's account's expiration date, PunterNet.com or its authorised reseller shall either (i) debit Client's credit card (where such information is provided by Client) or (ii) deliver by e-mail an invoice to Client in accordance with the applicable Services fees for services rendered for the current month. Where an invoice is delivered to Client, Client shall remit payment to PunterNet.com by no later than 10 days after the specified payment due date. PunterNet.com shall be entitled to immediately terminate this Agreement for Client's failure to make timely payments to PunterNet.com or its authorised reseller. If Client terminates this Agreement, Client shall be responsible for any outstanding fees owed to PunterNet.com and agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by Client. Because the Services are provided on a monthly basis, Client will be responsible for Service fees incurred each month regardless of when Client provides notice of termination. Thus, for example, if Client provides notice to terminate on the 15th of a particular month, Client will still owe fees for the entire month and such fees will not be pro-rated or refunded. If Client has retained the Services for one (1) year and has pre-paid PunterNet.com for such Services, refunds will be issued for any unused full month month portions less one month of the Services upon Clients request. Therefore, if Client's account is cancelled at any point during the one (1) year term, Client will be entitled to a refund for all but one of the full months remaining after notice given by the 25th of the preceding month.

Privacy Statement

Users' privacy is very important to PunterNet.com. We are committed to safeguarding the information users entrust to PunterNet.com. This Web site is not directed at children under 18 years of age.

The Information We Collect

PunterNet.com may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services, and other instances where Users are invited to volunteer such information. PunterNet.com may also collect information about how Users use our Web site, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Web site or the domains from which Users originate. We may use "cookies" to track how Users use our Web site. A cookie is a piece of software that a Web server can store on the Users' PC and use to identify the User should they visit the Web site again. While not all of the information that we collect from Users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that Users provide us through our Web site.

How We Use Information

PunterNet.com will use personally identifiable information collected through our Web site to contact Users only for purposes related to their business dealings with PunterNet.com such as billing, technical support, and other account-related reasons. Your information will never be sold, given, traded, or in any other way shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Maintenance of Information

Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SERVICES, THE PunterNet.com site, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DISPLAYED OR OFFERED ON THE PunterNet.com site, AND ALL TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS AND APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED TO CLIENT ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PunterNet.com DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EACH OF THE FOREGOING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PunterNet.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT (1)THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (2) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (3) THERE ARE NO VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; AND (4) THE SECURITY METHODS EMPLOYED WILL BE SUFFICIENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL PunterNet.com BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE OF THE PunterNet.com site OR ANY PunterNet.com PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER. IN NO EVENT SHALL PunterNet.com CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500 US).
