We had miss then doggy for 15 mins, then I wanted to do CIM, and found out that the condom was broken completely (Yellow Durex).
She was very scared and upset.
I asked her whether she provided BB to clients, she responded she never does and it is mentioned on her profile to attract clients as her boss recommends.
I asked if she has done any STD checks, she said it was in Whipps Cross Hospital and she did not have issues (mentioning that she has two kids, but I do not understand how it can relate).
I am worried now as she has been working since June 2011 (profile registration), her answer on bareback was not convincing.
The question now is what should I do? Obviously, I am worried about STDs and HIV.
Can I take some tablets as a preventative measure for example against urinary tract infections, any wide range antibiotics? Is there anything available to take to lessen the chance of HIV being acquired.
Is there anything I can do now? Or should I be just be ready to calmly meet my destiny?

Don't ignore what happened however, so step 2 is to book an appointment at a local - or if you prefer not so local - GUM clinic.

Lots of advice on accessing these services in this forum and if you ring them today you should have an appointment on Monday or Tuesday next week. If you have a partner, I would advise against unprotected sex until they give yuo the all clear.

Two hours ago I had OWO then OW with this WG (Hungarian, around 38-42 year old): before we proceeded to sex:

Obviously get advice from a GUM. Do not believe a word she has told you as there is no way of knowing if its true or not. As has been mentioned you would be very unlucky to have caught anything but i know its very worrying. Avoid those that have any mention of BB on their profiles is my advice, thats the best you can do. I hope everything turns out well and you are clear.

The big no-no with condoms is letting oil get anywhere near them, avoid oil based grooming products before a punt. Baby oil should really be boycotted in this game.
it usually means you've failed to grasp the full gravity of the situation.

As said above, do not panic (worry is understandable though). The chances of you having caught HIV are tiny. I would visit your GUM in about a week's time to check for the more "normal" sti's such as chlamydia etc. Then visit after a month to check for HIV.
Explain everything to the clinic, I am sure they'll offer the best advice. I am unaware of anything you could take to lessen the risks other than PEP for HIV, which iirc is only offered if exposure is fairly certain (e.g. paramedic bitten by an HIV infected patient) and has pretty severe side effects.

The complication is that I am myself infected with chronic trichomoniasis (blood PCR: IgG titer 1:10) and high risk HPVs (swab PCR) numbers 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68 (can be one, can be all) that are proven to cause cancers. I had one broken condom with a WG three years ago, a deeply regretted bareback anal with a WG a year ago with immediately following epididymo orchitis that caused testicles atrophy and hundreds owos over the last two years.
I have tried to contact that WG to let her be aware of the known to me diseases (was too shocked to tell her straight away and her English was subpar). However, she has deleted her profile from ** and switched off her phone!!!
I have tried to contact the Dean street clinic, only one of two gums that work on Saturday, the appointment line was not working. I have spare prescriptions for augmentin and metronidazole, which I will start using from tomorrow. I am not sure whether I should wait till Monday to go the GUM or take the embarassment to go to the A&E. I have researched PEP, it should be in case of a known HIV exposure, but given the girl's sudden disappearence I should indeed assume the worse. Additionally, it seems if one has HPV he can easier get HIV.
We did not use any lubricant as she was not tight at all, everything flew very smoothly though the sex was vigorous. I knew there is a risk to go to the BB girl, but I could not find any other available WG in Leyton when I needed at that moment, besides I was quite drunk to be honest. It is hard to explain why I went at the end. May be it was a subconscious suicide by WG attempt...

Once you have made the initial visit your anxieties should reduce. Easy for me to say, but try not to worry too much and follow the rest of the advice on here about drinking plenty of fluids etc.
Good Luck mate.

She was very scared and upset.
I have just given her a call and asked how much the bareback is, she said it is £20 on top, but if it is an hour it is FREE! F88k, I am definitely screwed!
Something doesn't add up there. Unless this is a bareback scam ie. no bareback on offer.
...mentioning that she has two kids, but I do not understand how it can relate).
Well she's done bareback with one man at least

What I was surprised at is that in this country GUMs do not test people for any HPVs. That is, there is a huge proportion of men and women who are absolutely unaware that they are passing HPVs that are proven to cause cervical cancers and can cause prostate and testicle cancers. I asked why and the doctor responded that people will not know what to do with the truth, - quite a dubious reason in my opinion (I guess the main reason is that it costs money). They will not give any advise based on the positive HPV results. This is absolutely misconstrued. Additionally, they do not do PCR tests for: Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomoniasis, Gardnerella, Candida Albicans, Herpes 1&2, Cytomegalovirus, Ureaplasma parvum etc, which are standard even in third world countries. Somebody may go to GUM, receive negative results, while being absolutely misled and having a lot of unrecognized problems.

She says quite clearly...
"Q. Do you do bareback? A. Yes I do, cause love to feel cock inside me!"
Go to a Psychiatrist as quickly as possible. Ask him what it is wrong with you that you chose a prostitute who states on her profile that she allows bareback sex and you knew she practices bareback sex yet you actually chose this woman form 100s of options. Ask him if he thinks there may have been a reason you chose her?.
Its usually 'A mate of mine did bareback'......but I guess 'The condom broke' will do!.
Good luck at the clinic.

Oh, by the way, the psychiatrist will probably expect you to ignore the answer too.
Fingers crossed anyway.
ps. She must have some very pissed off clients if she doesn't do bareback, given how hard it is advertised on her profile.....................

So now I will try not to have OWO
Being judgmental for a moment, I think you need to do more than try on this one until your tests report negative after the window period, out of decency and consideration for your partners.
Situations like this require a kind of doublethink: you should try to manage your level of anxiety by reflecting on how small your chances of contracting serious infection actually are; but you are morally obliged to be mindful that you have had a *potential* exposure when dealing with other partners.

Condoms should not break but it seems quite a few do. What sort of lube were you using? I believe that KY is a major factor in condom breakage, did you have any baby oil anywhere around you? Get checked out and let her know the result right way, you must both be worried, I hope it turns out fine. Since most escorts do use condoms I have always felt they are safer than someone you pick up at a bar. Try not to worry and wait for the results.
Also being too vigorous, without enough lubrication (natural or otherwise) and pulling them too tight (you need some slack for movement!) are other main factors which can cause breaks too. It's amazing how many people really do not know how to use/wear condoms properly.

This is what I like. Concise answers, cutting to the chase. No effing about. This is pretty much what I thought when I read the first bit but I felt that my answer was not going to be too positive and didn't bother.

The problem with this auto erotic gamble is that, eventually after X amount of negative consequences the gamble will fail. You can only flick heads so many times -it being fantastically improbably that the coin will not eventually fall tails up.

If I wasn't so sceptical I would be thinking you should be locked up as a danger to the public.

Please avoid these bb wg's. They do not care for you at all.
On ace, the same wg was working in a place near Kings Cross last week. Who knows what she has done with other men. She works through out London as well, be warned.

There are some guys who do openly use bareback wg's...thats another argument but i never have and never will use them even for protected sex. If she has bareback on her do's list...my rule is its a no-go even if she has just put it up out of laziness rather than edit her profile properly.
Also to the OP, I recognise that wg's name...reason being she always comes up when you search under Waltham Forest...but I think she has changed her profile name now but I cant be sure so wont post here, pls PM if you want the new profile name,it has pics but does not include BB this time.
