Op Apsis - 12 Women & 3 Men "rescued"?

Other than rather wondering who or what an Apsis is, it may be that at last some women trafficked for prostitution have actually been found, and also, men in the same sad situation.

Anyone got any more detail on this one? Will it turn out in the end to be another damp squib like Monaco?

Don't think so, 4 people have been charged.

We shall have to wait and see. As UK sex trafficking cases require neither deceipt nor coercion, but can merely mean providing transport for willing sex workers to get to work, it's a bit early to get excited.

What's interesting (or at least different) is the involvement of male 'victims', if victims they turn out to be, in which case the radfems will lose their monopoly.

Its all about celestial mechanics apparently.

Maybe the people were trafficked to mend the exhausts on Jupiter??

Or else they chose the name from one of those funny letter generator thingies that "prove" you are a human?? :D:confused:

The plot thins:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-11205164 !!

So, now, we are down to one victim? Oh, drat, where did the others go?

They'll just be referring to 'victims' enough for their needs at present, which is to oppose bail. If genuine Palermo style trafficking's involved, my guess is the 15 will comprise a mixture of 'victims' and ordinary sex workers but we'll have to see when the case comes up.

For me, the interesting question that never gets asked now arises. What happens to the NON-victims? Willing wgs, very possibly foreign, very possibly with little English, deprived of their workplaces, and sans the tons of support from the NI Office, the Home Office, Stormont, Amnesty, the churches, media and Uncle Tom Cobley and all beneath which the victims are about to be ritualistically suffocated.

Any from Asia or elsewhere outside Europe may well be deported or encouraged to return voluntarily unless they've valid papers. But those from in the EU are just left dangling.

And apparently, unless it's been fixed in recent years, there's no fund to get actual victims from the EU home.
