Going back some years I met quite a number of students who worked to pay their way through Uni. It was good to meet intelligent young ladies for an hour or two!

Given the higher fees and costs of loans etc I would have thought escorting would be rather more popular with students these days. Or am I looking in the wrong place?

That would depend on where your looking

It will be freshers week in Newcastle soon. Might be interesting to see how

many new young recruits begin flooding the agencies.

Tell me about it,

There is a fairly big uni a stones throw away from me, its becoming more popular every year and the city is starting to become awash with lovely young things but how many appear to be escorting to help with those debts?

Bleeding none of them as far as I can tell, its makes me sad

I was at uni when the loans and fees were coming into full force. The attitude seemed to be "We'll worry about the loans when they become due". Basically the loans aren't repayable until the student has left higher education, and if I remember correctly not until the following tax year has started. Others use their trust funds. I also met students who took the loans to put in a high interest account, then pay back in full minus the profit they'd made on them. Basically they didn't need the money, but thought they'd try and make something back out of it.

Conclusion from above unless things have changed is that the real pressure doesn't come until the student has finished their course and the loans become due.

But there will be some students who do see an opportunity to live a little. I think one of the main stumbling blocks would be getting an incall property as a lot of students generally share.

Even then, it's not until they're earning over a certain amount (£10,000 per year, at least that's what it used to be).

As a recent graduate, i now owe £18,000 (3 years studying)

TBH most students couldn't care less about their debts/loans. It comes out of your salary when you get a job.

Over the years I've only met 3 who were students at uni as you're thinking - 1st stop after school and 18 to 22. I'm also had a strong impression that 2 of them were doing it as an adventure, experience what ever. None of them were around for long.

In my record the more frequent student is a post grad (often from overseas) or a single mum getting back into education after the split up.

My main regular is starting college this year (but not a straight from school woman).

If she chooses to, she could change a lot of her male fellow students' lives for good...

Yes and one advert that was around for 12 years stated "College girl needs spanking"

I wouldn't count on it. I think it's more of a legend than a fact, plus calling yourself a college girl is a way of making a WG sound that bit smarter and eventually destined for "better things."

The Yanks have always had to pay for university and it is definitely not a solution for them. But then it's illegal and, as a result, much more dangerous for all concerned.

I have met a few student escorts. In fact i had a mindblowing meeting with one two weeks ago who was doing it over the summer whilst she was in london, probably one of my best punts ever.

From the student ladies i've met a lot of them didn't want to have to work and study at the same time so meeting gents was an ideal solution.

Care to share details? By PM if necessary.

I'm fascinated by the occasional student "auctioning" her virginity for her uni fees - there was one who posted on CL the other day whom I am now in contact with. What do others think of that?

That's its most likely a con. And if its not, then she's not got enough experience to be worth hiring.

I had an experience a short while back when a girl came to my hotel room on an evening when I needed to stay over for work. She needed a certain amount of cash quickly and only intended to offer herself enough to get the required amount. I happily paid £90 for 90 minutes, after a mutual shower and some wine I rimmed her beautiful backside, got a great covered bj and, when recovered, shagged her as she leaned against the mirror on the wall. There was something nice about having a girl arrive in jeans, t-shirt and flip flops, so ordinary, and also somebody who still got genuinely aroused and made noises that came naturally to her.

I often look for students advertising on CL when I need to stay over but so far have only had this one experience.

Sad if true, which it most likely isn't.

I'm not unduly soppy about the "first time" -- many girls' (and boys'!) first time is painful, clumsy, and not much fun -- but I do think people of both sexes ought to find somebody they really like to have it with, not a punter or a dance-club-toilet shag. I think your first time has a profound effect on your feelings about sex for a long time, if not forever. If it's no big deal, then it might not ever be a big deal.

My first time was bloody brilliant, and I wish more people had the same experience.

"students" as in the long-haired 19 year old, with jeans are a rarity in the business. You get the odd european post graduate who appear from time to time in the parlours. And up here in Edinburgh many of the ryan air hookers are recent graduates early 20s. They tend to be pretty hopeless in my view, though they look great. When tabloids run stories about students on the game, on careful reading the students are usually single mothers in their early thirties doing a diploma in office skills, yes technically students, but,,,,,,

Long-haired hippy types are rare in student life these days anyway.

At least 50% of the punts I do are with students. I even know which courses most of them are doing. There's a network run by the bloke who organises their outcall flats. It does include one or two who aren't technically students - one works at a West End hairdressers, another at a beauty salon. Always happy to share info with you if you want - just lost interest a bit in PN 'fraid. (Think I'm persona non grata or whatever it is here anyway.)

Best wishes,

Stormcock.

Have just got a couple of PMs on this so should point out I'm in Edinburgh. So that's where I punt mostly. If I'm in London, I have a chap from another board (called London Guy) who gives me contacts but he likes to speak to someone over the phone first.
