Walk out

104 posts in this topic

Just done my first ever walk out

Went for a 1230 glasgow appointment...

Girl opened door....

She was NOTHING like the pics...

which is ok some time but she looked like a junkie (not saying she was but she had that look)....skinny...gaunt face.....the sort of girl I really cant imagine ever wanting to have sex with,

so I apologised...opened my wallet and said how much...and she said it was 50 I said I am 20 short I will just go to the bank

then I text her to say work had phoned I had to go back....

Horrible

If its a bait and switch or in this case simply blatant fake pics then you are well within your rights to walk away, you did the right thing.

I do wish men would be honest.

Yeah she was definitely at fault for having fake pics but she sounds like she was probably desperate - just tell her that you expected the girl in the pics and that you won't be staying for the appointment, why bother with the mess around?

Why be honest? She wasn't. Who was messed around? Him or her?

Far better to just walk away without a scene. You're right.... she might be desperate. She might get abusive. It happens. It's happened to me several times when I've walked. I've been shouted at and abused. I'd much rather walk away without any of that.

I know it's a cliche but two wrongs don't make a right. She messed him about, but he messed her about too. It's better to keep yourself all the way in the right and be upfront about things.

If you've walked away several times I have to wonder what you're doing wrong. Finding several ladies with fake photos suggests you aren't learning your lesson and checking tineye, reviews, etc. Walking away isn't the kind of thing anyone should have had to develope a technique for - I'm sure most gents have had a bad punt at some point, but tracking down ladies who's photos and stats are accurate can't be THAT difficult.

It was very difficult in the early-90's because there was no internet,no photos, no tineye, no online reviews etc.etc.

The last time it happened to me involved a young girl who was a poster on this forum, but who now no longer works.

It wasnt like she had fake pics of a model or some such...she had a body pic from the face down...

She was a junkie and a bit scary TBH so better for all concerned that she thought I was away to get more money.....

It was top floor (3rd floor) in a glasgow tenement..

I could do without the scene..

if the advert had read 5ft10 mid 40s 7 stone gaunt face and smells of smoke I would not have bothered

Krystal, your primary response here was to first find fault with the punters, notwithstanding that I think you accept the OP was subjected to a bait and switch. This is one of the main reasons why the disaffected members set up the 'other ' 'other site '.

If the OP was deliberately fooled as claimed ( especially if she was a drug abuser ) I think he had every right to extricate himself from the situation in a way which caused the least hassle all round and particularly to him. He had already wasted time and effort in getting to the ruse in the first place. I doubt whether getting stuck into an ' honest ' exchange in these type of situations might prove to be the best advice.

Sorry, maybe should have been more clear. The fact that the escort was clearly in the wrong seemed to go without saying - obviously misleading adverts aren't right and I doubt anyone is going to defend that (although I notice GlasgowSteven is now saying that the photos weren't fake, just didn't show the face? That makes things a bit more complicated). I was just saying that being dishonest isn't going to improve anything - the lady probably just thinks he was a timewaster messing her about. If he'd said that the pictures were misleading then maybe she would have changed something. Or, maybe she wouldn't, but now we'll never know.

I agree with Jerboa, no need to lie to her , you just have to say she is not what you were expecting. [ but then we don't live in Glasgow , do we ? guess its a bit of a violent place for punting ]

In my normal non-punting life I have the 'pleasure' of encountering people who sound just like this girl. You learn very quickly to avoid confrontation, keep the door to the office unlocked and ajar, and something on the floor for them to step over / trip over if they decide to have a go at you.

Personally I think you did the right thing. You'll be forgotten in under a day unless you provoke her!

God that sounds depressing lol

The photos didnt show the face from the neck down they showed a busty tanned lady

This lady was a skinny glasgow junkie...

Glasgow is as safe for punting as anywhere I punted...

But like anywhere there are junkies who work and will take advanatge....

You keep changing what you're saying - first she was nothing like the pics, then they WEREN'T fake pics, just didn't show the face, now they're fake again?

I'm not even gonna try to make sense of it. If she was using photos that weren't of her or were far out of date then yes, she was wrong. If the photos were accurate and of her but didn't show the face that is a whole other story as I'm sure you know - it's the risk you take when booking a lady who chooses not to show her face.

BS may be the only way to avoid a showdown. Read many a times that even though the SP is clearly in the wrong @ bait and switch, they still feel the need to rant and rave when the gentleman walks.

How do you expect anyone to keep your story straight if you can't? Yeah I said you should have been honest, but I sympathised and said you were right to walk, but this is starting to sound like complete BS now.

What I meant when I said that was "The pics were not some obvious FHM pics they were clearly of a real girl"
