Wg Emotional Health

9 posts in this topic

Recent topics reminded me of an issue I thought I would share

I once stopped seeing a WG because I felt she was self harming and emotionally unwell and that her occupation was a contributory factor.

To be honest looking back I am not sure I had sufficient info to make that judgement and in reality it's was her choice to work so I should have ignored my fears - but my conscience got the better of me

Two questions :

For the guys - do you notice or care ?

For the WG's do you think the job affects your emotional wellbeing ?

I am relatively new to punting, but in my experience, when you start punting and see a few different girls, you don’t necessarily notice anything wrong and it all seems glamorous because its new.

I have met quite a few WGs now and most seem to be very happy with what they do, emotionally stable, and professional. However I have met one or two who do seem to have issues and that’s when you have to decide whether its just an act, or whether its because there’s just no click. I would just not visit them again and avoid getting involved.

Once you start seeing a girl a few times and she opens up a little, you start to see a different picture and they may leak information that they wouldn’t normally to a one time punter.

On a few occasions I have had to be careful how I responded and how familiar I have allowed myself to become with them. I think its difficult for a punter who finds a WG attractive and who shows interest, not to form some sort of bond, but in my little experience, I have already found this to be problematic on one occasion.

The downside of knowing too much about a WG is that it may detract from your pleasure and become something of a macabre relationship that ruins the experience.

When you say 'do you care', then I would say yes > if you have a genuine concern that she is being coerced, or force fed drugs to perform.

But in reality you would have to have some solid evidence of this before taking the matter any further, or saying anything to her about it, otherwise it could be at least very embarrassing. Also, it depends upon the Establishment or Agency, so I would not expect this to be a problem with the more established and reputable parlours.

But any serious concerns about the girls working there should be directed to the Management initially [if they are approachable / reputable that is]

Perhaps emotional problems are a side of the job that any WG has to deal with, but I personally dont see that a punter needs to get involved with it,

assuming its her choice to do it for her own reasons. Most people get fed up/ bored with their job at some point, and we can all get depressed now and again!

I can see it being the same for WGs too!

If I didn't believe a WG was happy in her work I wouldn't see her again. Being relatively young, slim, clean and gentle both physically and mentally with WG's if they don't seem pleased then I would move on.

If I had seen a girl several times and built up a repport with them and noticed that they had changed/exibiting the symptoms you suggest then I would care. I am not sure how I would react to be honest.

I do notice and care about the wellbeing of the girls I see. I know two girls personally who are on antidepresants as explained on a post a few days ago Link. A number of factors can affect a girls emotional health. For example if a girl came from abroad and is feeling homesick and she needs to earn a certain amount of money here to send back to her family it builds up a lot of pressure and combine that with the risks and stresses of seeing random guys insert their cock inside of her and ask for things she is not comfortable in doing, it can put a strain on anyone not least a working girl.

…For the WG's do you think the job affects your emotional wellbeing ?

Personally I don’t find the having sex part of the job an issue at all. What I sometimes find gets to me is that I have to lie about my lifestyle to my lovely neighbours and any new people I meet. I naturally am honest and open so having to constantly lie like this gets to me a bit.

I’ve given up having romantic relationships too so my love life is on hold. Most of the time this doesn’t bother me, but I do look forward to making love with someone I care about again. No idea why but for the last couple of nights I’ve dreamt of Idris Elba! :P Bloody hormones, LOL.

Then there are the clients who become difficult. TBH I don’t know if it affects me or not as I just grit my teeth and deal with it. It does seem to be “silly season” for me at the moment, with more plonkers than usual to sort  . Apart from the suicide threat one I’ve mentioned on another thread, I’ve had 2 call me a liar...

I turned one down for a booking because he wanted a shagathon and a more full on experience over a few hours than I was happy offering, and he said my reviews are obviously fake then as they give the impression I was a nympho (which they don’t). Another called me a liar because my online calendar said I was “busy” for 2 weeks and he interpreted it as “busy shagging clients”. He said I wasn’t as exclusive as I claim (so a liar), yet I was actually having time off after surgery, I wasn’t working at all  .

I’ve had a few enquiries recently where the men are having trouble taking no for an answer when asking for services I don’t offer. It can be very wearing being polite to some of them when they basically say that I should offer something because it’s my job to.

The great thing about being self employed though is that I can take time off whenever I want. If I feel as though I need a break from having to deal with individuals like these I will simply put an auto response on the email, change my voicemail, switch the phone off and have a rest. I really do believe one has to put one’s mental health above earning money above what is needed to pay bills etc.

For the guys - do you notice or care ?

I once saw a girl who was anorexic, I didn’t know until half way through the booking, as she had loads of lingerie on at the start and a dressing gown. When I realised her problem, I still went through with the whole punt, as I felt so sorry for her!

It took me three months to get over this, I don’t know if being an escort was responsible for her condition or not, but I have it in my head that it was ! I saw myself as part of her problem and beated myself up over it. I can now see that I was being stupid, I wasn’t responsible for how she was , she was the one at fault, she shouldn’t have been offering services in her condition.

She was the saddest thing I’ve seen in my life!

Yes, I care about the person behind the WG, I want them to be happy in their lives and lifestyles. I make a habit of booking girls who are described in reviews as being “bubbly”! However, one repeating theme is, if you get closer to a WG ie become her regular, they can open up to you and tell you that the job is a huge strain on their mental well being!!!

+ 1 Lara especially withe the lying part. I changed my availability and was asked if I had been lying about my movements all along, or have also had a guy contact me on several occasions last minute on the day to find I'm fully booked, or not taking any more bookings because it's too late and once again say my availability isn't true. My booking terms and conditions are clearly displayed on my website, and I can hardly help getting other booking requests.

Apart from that just like you being self-employed, and meeting the nice guys who I do see is a massive positive. For years I wasn't in such a priviledged postion and many out there work in mundane, badly paid or highly stressed environments with hardly any recognition.

If I noticed anything particularly untowards then I would care - the lady is a human being with feelings after all. Having said that, I would try not to get too involved, depends on the exact circumstances I suppose.

I choose the ladies I see carefully and (touch wood) most of them on the surface seem to be healthy, happy and confident.

I choose carefully about where I visit, and how the girls appear to be looked after is a factor. It's not easy to make a judgement given that by its very nature there is a professional face or act being a part of the service.
