Can't Connect

Not sure if this is in the right place so please move.

the problem is i have a couple of numbers that wont connect,but they can call me.when i call i get a recorded message saying "if you have dialled correctly this number is not available on this network".And it won't text either.

I E- mailed the Virgin help team,but they wanted to know to much info,ie, names nos, address's ect;which was not on under the circumstances.

So any ideas.Tanks
