Ok guys & galls,

Ladies how did you come to chose your working Name?

Does the name reflect anything about you?

Guys, Your Punternet ID How did you decide what your ID?

Does your ID reflect anything about you?

Mine was an old nickname from years ago at an ex employers, got lumbered with it after various pranks etc.

Easy. My name is not ray and I don't live in London, so it's an obvious choice. So where did your name come from, is this a self-appointed title and are you revealing an 'allo 'allo affinity?

My working name is Mary Cooper Devine.

Mary because I am hairy :)

Cooper because it was my grandmother's maiden name.

Devine in tribute to the street prostitute who sucked off Hugh Grant at the height of his fame, except I mis-spelled it when setting up my yahoo email account and it stuck that way...

I bloody hope not! Mine just seemed slightly more imaginative than John Smith.

Although a big rock fan I also like Beethovens piano music.

His 31st. piano sontata in A flat major Opus 110 is in my mind just great.

Irgendeiner translates as "someone or other" which I think is reasonable for a forum such as this, although I'm surprised that the Baron didn't immediately recognise it!

I thought the name Pooter was so well known as to be self-explanatory, He is the main character in the victorian comic novel, Diary of a nobody. He is one of lifes losers. I always chose the name of a well known literary no hoper, when looking for a nom de forum. As I have said before, I wish people on a sex forum, would choose a name that made their gender clear.

I agree. It make their posts much easier to understand if you know which side of the bed they are coming from!

Another old nickname, based off the twin facts that I ride motorcycles and am a hopeless romantic.

Mine's easy, Karen is my real name. laugh.gif

Back when I was using the name Chloe I used to watch Home and Away (sad I know but it was a very long time ago)

There was a character called Chloe in it who reminded me of myself when I was younger so I chose her name.

Whereas I, though my name is remarkably similar, am a lover of orbs.

Which one? lol

Tammy was chosen by someone as he had always liked the name and it suited my purpose at the time.

Autumn I chose myself ( hair colour), as it was to be a fresh start, but that is a long involved story, and not one I fancy airing in public.

Temptation as I like to tempt, and it also means I don't have to worry about having my reports etc confused with others who have a similar name.

Simple

I used to be a legendary swordsman, but now I sleep a lot more in bed.

Bert, Stan, Joe, Harry, Steve, Andy, etc etc could all have been good choices.

Why ? because a google search throws up 1,000,000's of hits. If you choose a unique user name googling it can

reveal other hobbies or indeed your identity in some cases.

Mine is a corruption of a nickname I had at school. There are at least 3 other Tibbs posting on the internet in various fora I frequent - it's only rare I get it, and none of the others appear to punt!

Mine was given to me and been too lazy and unimaginative to change it, I think after a decade I am maybe due for a total overhaul and a new identity.

Will probably take time out several times before I get round to that one!
