How long does an agency or parlour persist with booking appointments for a lady that consistently lets down her clients?

Or if she is busy when she does turn up, do they continue to turn a 'blind eye'?

From my experience some do and then blame her if the booking gets cancelled. IMO if they know she is consistently unreliable they share the responsibility, get rid or give her time off to sort herself out are two things i would consider if i was a boss in this line of work.

I booked a WG through an Agency as she wasnt working Indie at the time and when i confirmed on the day they said she was sick, that was the end of the matter till this Agency read a post of mine on here which they decided to reply to saying she wasnt actually sick but kept her on as when she was in she was popular. I said they were responsible for continuing to offer her work when they knew she was consistently unreliable, they said it wasnt their responsibility but totally hers and hers alone. When i disagreed they lost their rag. The Agency was called Bentleys.

I recall that incident smiths!

From punters' pov many of us don't just rock up, often it takes a fair bit of planning and juggling of diarys.

I understand things happen but if they cry off because it's a nice and sunny or forgot it was a BH it's not really on.

If they are a money spinner I can also see why they stay on the books but is it at the cost of loyalty in the longer term.

To be fair even the most reliable of girls can go through an unreliable patch if things are going pear shaped in real life for a little while.

From an agency point of view I would just not take advance bookings for the lady, tell the client that they need to phone on the day at opening time, if the lady is on the premises then I take the bookings, if not then at least no one has had a two hour drive only to be disappointed.

If things are getting plain silly then I wouldnt even put her on the rota until she was on the premises, it only takes a minute to update a website and show's why agencies should manage their own rather than leave it to a distant webmaster.

Quite long. So they carry on. Vote with your feet, your money and your field reports.

.... and if it happens more than once be suspicious that even if you do get a booking the girl in question will turn up to the booking:

A ) Knackered and hung over from a big night on the town the previous evening accompanied by a bad attitude because she knows she can do whatever the hell she likes and still get bookings

or

B ) Upset because she's doing a job she obviously hates or she wouldn't keep calling in sick

The maths is quite simple - from a financial point of view as long as the girl is bringing in money than she costs, she stays.

The point where you need to think about getting rid of someone is when their behaviour starts to affect your topline business reputation. This is the hard bit to judge since by the nature of the industry a lot of your clients are anonymous, and you can hardly go ringing up past clients asking them why they haven't been back!

It's long-term damage that is possibly at risk. Of course it's largely a short-term business, a parlour can disappear overnight!

Type of hypothetical scenario is a lady is really successful therefore becomes comparatively well-off. After a while she knows she can afford to 'lose' work. Being regularly booked she realises she can take some liberties. I've heard the lady that prompted my OP is so busy when she does turn up, she gets her own room for the day.

Of course I can decide, four times bitten and not book again! More fool me for keeping on trying some might say.

I am not calling you a fool as its your business but i wouldnt bother with a WG who is that unreliable, i have given second chances in the past which did work out well but four let downs would be too much for me whatever the reasons given.

Sadly, in my opinion a punter is unable to do a FR on a WG who lets him down consistently unless money changes hands which wont be happening if he never gets to meet her.

The time and costs involved in trying to arrange these punts with such WGs should be taken in account but arent at present, so unless your also a member on here and post your experience these unreliable WGs/Establishment get away with it unfortuntely.
