Some People Are So Rude!

I just called up playful escorts... and when it got around to my address, the lady obviously didn't see my exact address in the computer she was looking at (royal mail still haven't sorted it out). So she hung up the phone on me!

Avoid this agency. I tried them once a couple of years ago. The girl shown up was not the one I booked. She asked me to pay extras for kissing, OWO ... etc.

Now I stick to Hod. Less headache.

I don't live in London but my house us in a town centre and was built in 1750 and I still sometimes have this problem!

Anyone experienced in using address databases would try different formats, or at least ask you how your address is listed. I'm presuming it is listed but in a non-standard format?

I presume you also probably have nightmares with utilities, credit applications, electoral roll and the like too.

I don't mind this business of paying for extras, because I don't want any extras. I am a very straight forward vanilla in what I want usually.

Yeah, my flat is about that old as well. Did you ever contact Royal Mail about it?

I agree entirely. In London you can be sure of a warm welcome from HOD. Beats all the others IMHO. for courtesy, honesty & anything else you can think of. During my first visit there I got lost & the receptionist went out of her way to ensure that I found out where they were & assured me not to worry because I turned up late for the appointment. This particular receptionist is not there now, but her replacements have been equally helpful & courteous. They have obviously been well selected & trained for the job. 3 cheers for HOD :):)

Perhaps I will give them a try some time. But I definitely prefer outcalls coming to me.

I only ask because the web site seems to suggest that they only do out-calls to address in London.

Some of their girls do incalls.

This little rude encounter saved me some money anyway. And I'm spending it on a personal trainer at the gym instead. So for a while at least, the over cautious receptionist did me a favour.

Ok I found out. This is what I needed to do

http://www2.royalmail.com/marketing-services/address-management-unit/address-data-products/postcode-address-file-paf?campaignid=paf_redirect

"Email the address to the Address Management team - addressmaintenance@royalmail.com. Let us know your full address details, where the property is (for example what is either side of the property) also is it a new property? We'll then let you know if this can be added or whether you’ll need to register the property with your Local Authority."

There is something fishy about some Britons. Being an outsider, and not having a UK telephone, obviously is a problem for certain persons, eventhough I've never been interested in anything but incalls. But I'm certainly not interested in the experience of persons hanging up on me. It's rude and they loose money. Or is there some logical explanation?
