Addiction

You couldnt make this up.

The solicitor who defended the chap who stole 70k to fund his punting habits has been talking about his addiction.

"It started off small and just grew and grew" she is quoted as saying.

Think that s the norm dont you? :D

Dont punt if you cant afford it obviously comes to mind here. If you have to steal to fund your punting you really have a problem as this guy had.

I think ive mislead you peeps.

The quote was meant to show what a very good comment it was and could be construed as describing the blokes penis.Suppose it wasnt that funny, not like Churchills classic"It will be long,it will be hard and it may have a sticky end"

back to bed

He has been named elsewhere and is the author of substantial FRs on this site.

There are two points I'd like to raise. Precisely where do you place the bar on anonymity? There has been discussion on the conviction or acquittal of several brothel keepers/parlour owners (mostly in the legalities section). I am on a warning because of postings made relating to the conviction of an escort for benefit fraud. I believed and still believe that this was a matter of legitimate concern/debate for this board but was ruthlessly deleted because although it was in the public domain it was deemed to put the person concerned at risk. Here we have the details revealed about a well-known punter - his real name/photo etc. It's in all the dailies but where do we stand regarding anonymity rules? I am firmly of the belief that once something is in the public domain we break no rules discussing the matter.

The second point is "sex addiction". Tiger Woods supposedly suffered from it - is there such a thing or is it a more an opportunistic desire that if you have the money/fame you go for it?

What Tiger had was a lot of money and opportunities. Addiction hell, If I was shagging Joslyn James I wouldn't be taking many tea breaks. Addiction is a way of excusing the behaviour for prurient public consumption. How about he said, I enjoyed every minute of it, especially the deep anal penetration and the facials to end?

Well, it would be amusing to know, satisfying salacious curiosity, but would it serve any good? By identifying him one would identify the girls whom he'd reviewed. This might be inconvenient for them if one of the Sunday papers decided he was worth a feature.
