Diets And Appetites

Not being too nosy I hope from the ladies perspective, but for the more athletically oriented ones, I wondered what the daily calorie intake might be while working. This came out of an experience this week, not in the UK, where I was the girl's last client and my booking had extended her working day. She said she didn't eat much while working, and confessed to being ravenous - as i always punt on an empty stomach I was feeling the same way so at the end we adjourned to a local pizzeria, where she demolished starters, a large pizza completely, followed by dessert (a sticky toffee pudding thing that would've been enough for me by itself). She was fairly young, weighed about 50kg, so no body fat at all, and boy was she energetic in the sack.

So it made me wonder how much pasta the athletic girls get through. I am imagining that the girls that get on top and do cowgirl squats use up more energy than those that prefer to lie on their backs, but working per se is fairly calorie consuming I would guess.

Yes that gives a whole new meaning to 'squat thrusts' exercise.

May be a convenient myth but is not Pasta Puttanesca supposed to have been the Napolitan puttana's answer to a calorie crisis?

When I began escorting on a part time basis I was slim but not thin. I looked forward to

all aspects of the job but had not reckoned on it being a damn good

way to tone up and lose a few pounds without even trying!

Within a couple of months I had dropped a dress size and I had not

counted a single calorie or cut my food intake at all.

When I took the step of going full time and stepped up my hours and

of course clients per week.... the weight dropped off me

It steadied eventually or there would have been nothing left of me.

Even just seeing 2 or 3 clients a day means a large meal in between

any appointments is out of the question. I like to have a small healthy

snack in between and have always eaten several very small meals a day anyway.

So to those people who think we just lie there and think of bank statements

nothing could be further from the truth. It is an excellent way of keeping

fit and with 2 or 3 hours cardio excercises at the gym per week I keep trim

but I am not a fanatic ..... a washboard stomach is something I will never have.

Very appropriate, as Puttanesca translated from the italian as whore, or prostitute. In Russian another words for a prostitute is "putanka". Very lean sauce, no any skills to prepare, but its after to include anchovies (my fav),capers and olives. (I do go against the recipe thought and drop the dollop of the butter there, right at then end. Makes it more "velvety").

I've got this picture scanned, thats how I looked about 15 years ago. Under 50 kilos and fit as butchers dog. If somebody told me then, that I am going to gain 1 kilo each year, and in 15 years time end up 16 kilos heavier then I am then, I never would believe them. At that time, I could start my breakfast with pancakes covered in in honey in soured cream, marmite on well buttered toast and finish with a blackberry muffins. Never gained an ounce, (only started to pile up after I gave a birth) Still: I did had much more sex then, then I do now.

No, I am only surviving on the radish, sorrel soup, other various veggies, strenuous yoga and the weight still does not shift. (well, not a lot). Sex with a clients does give you an occasional workout, but its far not enough. I have better workout playing "hide and seek" with my hyperactive nephew.lol

I'm doing the Durkas (sp?) diet with Mrs L and so far lost about ten pounds. God, I miss jam butties

Claims that sex is good exercise are over exaggerated, the average sex session burns the same energy as a 100m sprint - which isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things (about 10kcals to be precise). If it's your only form of exercise then of course it is better than nothing, and it does have other psychological benefits.

During my time as a WG my weight has fluctuated quite a bit, I do actually find it quite difficult due to the unpredictable nature of the hours ('busy times' thread is an indicator of this) to fit in my training and diet plan. The only way I can do it is by putting time aside each day, sods law however says that these will be the popular times for bookings. Overnights and dinner dates also aren't terribly compatible with my training or diet plan, but I have a goal in mind so try and stick to it as much as I can. I have lost and gained weight again in the last 12 months. I find it can be very easy to just get lazy with this line of work, be available at all hours and just nip out for pizza at dinner time, taking up all kind the offers for dinner that I do receive, oh and the choccies. I do have a client who brings me fruit instead of fat and sugar laden treats which is very thoughtful and most appreciated.

A quick question, I am supposed to eat little and often(stops me from getting hungry and indulging later on) - would a gent have any problem with me having a very quick snack during a longer booking?

CIM and swallowing is 50 calories a time, I believe? Lots of protein I think as well?

Do you train to stay in shape and feel fit, or do you train for a sport.

I've never been able to motivate meself with the idea of "keeping fit". What gets me into the gym & on the erg is justifying my place in the crew and the next race. Luckily it's a sport that burns the calories so you can eat what you want.

As to your snacking on an assignation, I might be tad put out if you called a halt to fork up pasta from a tupperware box. But strawberries and crean of fruit yogurt fine so long as there are strategic spills to lick up!

Im not sure that the majority of sessions between punter and wg would qualify as average. I know mine wouldn't. And as far as snacks go, girls go out for a cigarette so why not a chocolate suggestive?

Best girl for snacks is Hot Marta in leicester who usually offers fruit. Where she gets her melons from I'd like to know :o

I train for both reasons - I do find a lot of clients do prefer me in my svelte, lean form!

Do you mean the Dukan diet? I love the pancakes from that diet - oatbran, greek yoghurt and egg white. Yum!
