Pn Now On Twitter

22 posts in this topic

I created a Twitter account ages ago but never used it as I didn't see much value in it. I'm going to give it a try now and see if it boosts site traffic at all.

Hope it has the desired effect. I'm not on 'Twitter'. I don't understand it and don't feel the need for stuff like this or facebook etc etc, but I realise others might :)

No, not everyone's taste.

I have a Facebook account where I share day to day chat with the real ladies that I have punted with. Its quite exciting not being able to talk about their real work with all their friends, parents, relatives and in one case Mum and Daughter, both of whom are wrking ladies!

Its grossly unfair, because my name and details are false and I don't reveal anything about my real life, yet I get to see what my ladies are up to. One has just got engaged; I assume her fiancee knows, but I don't think any of her friends do!

Is this weird?

Twitter is a great way for me to quickly see what is going on and to keep in touch. I also love it as a way of having brief chats with working girls that I follow. I am probably a bit of a stalker..

You'll forgive me if I don't publicly follow Punternet. That's the big problem with Twitter - you can see who follows who. If I had to set up another account of anon details.. ah I'm just not sure I can be bothered.

Not too keen on using Twitter as it removes the veil of anonymity. (Of course, you could set up a dummy account).

I keep 2 twitter accounts - really easy to set up and mirrors my double life perfectly.

I also have an alternate Twitter account set-up for my Pnet persona and find it useful for keeping in touch with some of my fellow punters (some of whom aren't yet registered on these forums...) plus favourite WGs and maids.

The question is "will the Honourable MP for Camberwell and Peckham be following the tweets?" !

Well at least I now know who Trigger's MP is now. They really deserve each other.

Maybe we should all retweet to @HarrietHarman as reminder that PN is still around ;)

I would rather have root canal surgery than correspond with HH.

I've been on there a short while under an "alternate" persona, but is defo more of a jungle than a moderated forum. There are fake escorts, trolls, attention-seekers, the lot. Errm quite fun actually...

Yup, add a frontal lobotomy too.

I did have a twitter account but the anti's found it and between them and the odd psychotic individual here

and there, it just wasn't worth it.

Cant say Ive had any anti's off there or trolls or fakes. Ive turned off most of the notifiactions , DMs can only come from people I follow.

So if there has been Ive been blissfully ignorant of it.

Twitter, Facebook, etc might as well be in Martian for all the use, or interest, it is to me. Give me e-mails, blogs and phone calls.

Under my false persona where my 'friends' are all manner of girls, boys and people who say 'innit' a lot and can hardly string a sentence together, I would agree that FB seems a banal, boring and useless piece of rubbish.

Under my real persona where I have found friends from many years ago located all over the World, it is a marvelous invention.

Horses for courses, I suppose and if you put rubbish in, you get rubbish out!
