One and once is enough for me, so I've often wondered where WGs get the energy to do their job for a whole day, let alone a week or 3/4weeks a month.

Is there a special routine, some secret dietary requirements what?

How do you keep your energy levels up having sex with possibly more than one guy a day.

eat, take vitamins (my fave is Pharmaton as they have ginseng in for energy) and sleep sleep sleep as much as you can! (not during a session obviously!) Oh and i am partial to the odd nespresso or red bull if im lagging.

Eating regularly and often, making sure I have the time to sit down for at least 3 meals each day.

Seriously? 2-3 clients a day over 4 days is seriously less hard work than working the 8-9 hour 6 days a week I used to on civvy street. I have to go out for long walks to exert some energy, not save it! Admittedly though if I do longer sessions or more in a day (rarely) it can get a little tiring, but in my head rather than physically.

Im a vitamin addict lol, sometimes I can't eat the healthiest meals when working so I like to think the vitamins make up for what I'm missing. When I get free time I try to work out as my body likes to keep active. I find if I'm just sitting around twiddling my thumbs then I get really tired.

a mix of regular planned psychological and physical exercise including: Tantric yoga, pilates, and most importantly ....shopping
