Is it possible to 'save' a webpage such that if the page is removed, one's 'saved' page will still display, complete with scrolling and links?

just do file save_as

this will save the html in a file where you decide to save it to, and it will create a sub folder with all the other shit.

Two options - save as as someone mentioned.

Section option is to select the print option, and then save as PDF rather than print. Not sure how/if that works on all printers, but it's an option on my iMac. The option appears in the box after pressing the print command. Use it a lot for when I buy stuff online, rather than rely on an email.
