Can The Weather Put Guys Off Seeing A Wg?

I always notice that I'm less busy when it's raining/snowing/icy.

Do other girls notice the same?

And do you gents find you'd rather stay in at lunch time or go straight home after work etc?

The answer in my part of the country is definitely yes, then again conditions are so bad out there that the county saw 50 RTCs within the space of a couple of hours this morning. With most of my clients travelling across the county to see me it is a problem, however just before Christmas a new client cancelled supposedly due to bad weather - it was quite mild in temperature, merely drizzling and a bit cloudy, par for the course in Cumbria!

As i punt in London where generally the main roads are gritted (unless they run out  ) it would have to be atrocious for me not to punt if i have woken up feeling like a punt which is usually what happens with me being a mainly same day punter. :)

I've enjoyed punts in quite appalling conditions during the last 2 winters. a fave regular is 30 miles from me and I have braved the elements to get there a couple of times in ice age conditions. I was rewarded by an overtime session as she didn't expect any other fools to venture out!

Heavy snow - I will try to use the train if appropriate, anyhting else ( however wet/ windy etc.) will not put me off

Can't speak for others but for me yes if the weather is lousy it puts me off.

But if you've booked in advance there's not a lot you can do about it!

I've always been amazed at a hardcore of dedicated regulars for whom no weather is too bad for, come snow, wind, rain, floods they always make it! Also just remembered I used to have a guy come see me on his motorbike, but if it rained he'd call off because it destroyed his alibi - I did stop accepting bookings on that basis. Another who was up in the are for outdoor sports booked because the weather was bad, then cancelled when the sun came out.

Oh dear.

It really depends on how far I would have to travel and how easy it is to get to her place, if it is nearby (bear in mind I currently reside in a desolate area where there are very few WGs) I would go regardless of the weather and if it is far away, I would only go if I been with her previously and had a good time or if she is truely stunning with good feedback if I have not yet visited her.

What you are really saying is that you could get there if it suited you, but only if you really wanted too. What about the WG you have booked who may have refused other bookings because of your appointment, and who may lose business as a result?

FigureFour, I read your post to mean that you were seeing a girl you had already booked, but you could have meant that you were planning an appointment. My comment is only meant to apply to a circumstance where you already had a booking. I'm sure plenty of people cancel in bad weather through convenience to themselves, rather than looking at a booking from both sides of the fence, and to point that out was the purpose of my post

As Strawberry points out, the possibility of accidents increases with bad weather. Explaining why you had a shunt in, say, Cumbria, while you were meant to be in Canterbury would take some explaining. That would account for some cancellations, or not booking in the first place.

It is great to punt in bad weather, no prying eyes and it keeps you warm

The weather in of itself won't put me off, sadly the same can't always be said for the public transport network, it hasn't happened yet but in the event of my having a meet planned with a lady in London for example and the trains being cancelled due to the weather I would regretfully have to cancel

Surely there's nothing better guys, when its freezing and blowing a gale outside than snuggling up in a warm luxurious comfy hotel room with a gorgeous girl.

Sorry, I meant in the context of planning a booking, not cancelling an appointment that has already been booked due to bad weather.

A woman told me that she gets more business on dull days, when the sun's shining the punters are out in the garden or on their motorbikes.

I don't mind going out in the cold but the room MUST be warm. I'm no donkey so a cold room could be embarassing! Perhaps there should be a EU standard for minimum temperature?

About 80F would be right for me! I feel the cold.

Had a punt booked for Tuesday, but my car was still stuck a few miles away by Monday evening. Mentioned that I might be coming by train instead, and she offered to rebook. Somehow it made me more determined to get there! Managed to get to her without major problems, but I'll definitely check the weather reports next time.

I always avoid punts when it's really hot, much easier to keep warm than to keep cool. Especially when enjoying an escorts company!

Yes I got rained off in a thunderstorm- I go by motorcycle into the West End to meet escorts. A downpour cools your passion and leaves you looking like a drowned weasel.,

I've probably had a bias towards punting in the autumn/winter months and I can think of only twice when I've had to cancel due to bad weather. Once was winter 2010 when there was about 8 inches of snow where I was and there was no way I was going to be able to make a long trip that I had planned for a while.
