Annabella's Experience :(

54 posts in this topic

I've just had what was supposed to be a 45 minute booking at Annabellas @ 12.30pm

I booked this in the middle of last week - think it was Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon.

I phone up to confirm at 7.45pm last night saying I will definitely be attending - told I need to confirm between 10.30am-11am. I asked them to make a note saying I'd be phoning just after 11am as I usually sleep in a bit on a Sunday.

Phoned around 11.05am and was told my appointment was gone(!). Explained the situation and said I didn't understand why it had been given away when I'd phoned to confirm the previous evening, plus booked days in advance and I'm a regular. The lady said she'd put me in and 'move some stuff around'.

I've spent *a lot* at Annabellas the last 2 years so this was disappointing but I thought 'at least it's sorted'.

Or so I thought...

Get there on time - put in the bathroom - OK nothing wrong here, happens sometimes. Then put in the living room. Finally get put in the room and it's 12.45.

Missy comes in (very lovely girl btw, absolutely no complaints about her and definitely not her fault if anyone is reading this from ABs!) and says shes been told 30 minutes. I'm like hmmm... I booked 45 minutes... mention this and she says maid has told her 30 and she's got another booking, so I say oh well I'll have to make do - I'm not usually a fussy person.

So we get down to the groove and we're banging away then at 1:07 the door gets knocked and we're told times up.

I'm mid-stride, we're both having a lot of fun and then that's it. I'm like 'huh?'. I can't finish in 30 seconds as I'm a slow burner.

To cut a long story short I got about 20 mins for a 30 minute booking and the poor girl probably didn't get a break between 3 clients which isn't good for anyone and worst of all, I left with an unsatisfied stiffy.

:(

I completely understand things can get busy on a Sunday but why not just say 'I'm really sorry but I think I've messed up the booking, you'll only have 20 minutes so please be quick' rather than what appears to be squeezing me and someone else into my original 45 minute slot.

I complained about this politely on the way out and essentially got a (I'm paraphrasing here) 'tough, I'm going by my watch and you had 30 minutes, bye' which I really don't agree with - the maid even said 'it was ten to one when you went in' so I don't know if she was confused or had realised she'd messed up but definitely not a good experience in the otherwise excellent Annabellas.

Perhaps I need to take an alarm in with me and set it in front of the maid when she takes me to the room? :)

God, I miss Theresa... hehe...

side note: I don't understand booking ahead if you then have to rebook at 10.30am on the day? surely if you're a regular and have booked earlier in the week then confirming the night before is sufficient. I'll always phone ahead to make sure the girl is in work before I drive to MK so if the girl doesn't come in then it's not Annabellas fault and I'd completely understand but don't give my booking away! Also, I would never miss an appointment if I've confirmed it the night before. I'm pretty sure I've booked ahead in the past several times and not had to phone early in the morning to confirm.

Hi,

Let me introduce myself – my name is Natalia, I’m a manager at Annabellas Escorts.

I do apologise for what have happened yesterday, but let me explain few things.

As a regular customer you have to know that every appointment booked in advance MUST be confirmed on the day of actual appointment.

We ask for confirmation on the day so that we can be as sure as possible that the girl will be attending although even this sadly is not fool proof but this is the way we have operated for many years. We also then give you the address as we have a number of locations and will not know where the girl will be until that day.

I cannot imagine different, maybe you have other agency in mind?

On Saturday evening I had a pleasure to speak to you on the phone. I’ve told you that it’s not possible for me to confirm Sunday’s bookings and that you will have to ring to confirm between 10.00 and 10.30am (as we always ask everyone who booked in advance) We agreed you will confirm by 11.00am which you failed to do so.

Not surprised that girl as popular as Missy got booked straight away.

You got an appointment at 12.45 (which was only for 30min as only that length of time was available)

According to Missy and the maid you did have your full 30min booking, maids only knock when appointments run over 5min.

Missy works only one day a week, she wants to make the most of it (money wise) she wants to have as many appointments booked as possible, as usual there will be someone who cancels in last minute or someone who won’t come at all. I can assure you, she did have a breaks due to above.

Last thing, as a regular client surely you must have realised that Teresa left 18months ago? I am sure we must have met as I have been the Senior maid (indeed training Teresa) and Manager for 5 years.

Anyway,

Please accept my sincerest apology.

Natalia xx

I would of rang in the agreed timescale to ensure my booking personally. As soon as the WG said 30 minutes not 45 i would of gone straight to the maid and had a chat with her about this, if no 45 minutes offered i would of left, i never think with my dick nowadays so walking is not a problem i have. I would also have had words on exit about knocking on the door early, a tactic i have experienced in Parlours myself, clearly designed to get me out so another punter can be slotted in. This can be a big drawback with some Parlours, i have been knocked 30 minutes into an hours punt. I always expect the time i have paid for and has been agreed, up to the Establishment to time manage in a professional way in my opinion.

As to the way the maid spoke to you on exit, she had your cash by then of course. If that bothered vote with your feet and go elsewhere, you have alternatives in MK.

Interesting to note that the thing some MK SPs who are members on here often advise punters to do if not happy, complain on site at the time you did, and you clearly werent happy with the response you got. IMO posting about such things on here is likely to cause them to ensure good service whereas a chat between just you and them might not and of course suits them as others dont find out.

simple solution to this. go somewhere else next time. Natalia made it quite clear in her post above -do it our way or go elsewhere.

I think a trusted reg should be able to book and expect his booking to be respected.

I think punters should have 0% tolerance of behaviour like this.

Up to the individual to decide how to behave in situations of course but I wouldn't be as strident as I realise it's not easy sorting appts correctly all day every day when punters themselves can be their own worst enemies sometimes.

I have no beef against the OP but, regular or not (and there must be a lonnng list of regulars there), to miss an already extended confirmation window was not helpful to anyone.

Not taking sides, just saying if I am a regular anywhere i don't expect any different treatment although that itself seems to bring me some bonuses, even including sitting around with a cup of tea in the girls' room at some places.

I NEVER leave my place without having had confirmation, what if the WG doesnt turn up on the day or goes sick on the day before i get their, in my case i dont expect the SP to inform me unless i have agreed for them to contact me. To not call on the day is simply unthinkable to me. I always confirm all my appointments on the day outside of punting as well, it has saved me time and hassle many times within and outside of punting.

Also for me punting is a priority so i wouldnt be missing the agreed confirming time unless the SP didnt answer the phone. Annabellas procedure seems very sensible to me on this point. They must be available to answer the phone though within the timescale, if they are engaged for instance the whole time whats a punter to do. :)

ok. so you want an 1130 punt and they open at 11 -dont answer the phone before that (This is a hypothetical parlour BTW)

parlour is an hour away. cant phone at 1030. so you phone half way there. what do you do if its a no-go?

I wouldnt be taking such a risk in the first place. If i knew they didnt open till 11am i would be ringing them from home looking to book a punt for anytime between 1-3pm ideally, missing the rush hour traffic. If you leave yours for theirs in the hope you will get a booking you need a plan B in case they cant fit you in, although i always have a plan B option everytime i punt nowadays anyway.

Of course assuming they also insist on sameday confirmation by phone if you ring at just before 11am you will hopefully be one of the first punters to call so ensuring your booking, but who knows, other punters could well be thinking and doing the same. I wouldnt just leave my place in the hope of getting a booking though, thats a definite never for me unless it was a walk-in set-up of course.

JoeDerrick says he has spent "a lot" at Annabella's over the last two yars, so I think he has every right to feel slightly agrieved, and yes I also thought he was messed about a bit.

I also thought it was a bit strange that Natalia felt it was needed to answer his post so openly, surely if she was so concerned about the punter, she would have got in touch with him via pm and not on an open forum, its better to clear this up in private and have the punter saying the problem had now been sorted, rather than the reply which was posted.

CoventryPunter was spot on in his reply, a trusted reg is just that, and should be treated like a friend.

But by Natalia answering openly, she's saving the reputation of her place by allowing all to see.

I find it very decent of her to reply to JoeDerrick, every business is bound to have some hickups along the way, just unfortunate that we can sometimes be on the recieving end of them.

Sorry to hear it.

If you'd phoned at 10.59am then your appointment would have been kept.

All of this completely avoidable drama because you wanted a grand total of 6 minutes extra sleeping-in time? I don't get it

Confirming on the day is the fairest way for everyone, regular or not.

If not, then where is the point where you are a 'regular'? Where is the point where you are deemed 'reliable'?

I think the maids at a place like Annabelle's are busy enough without having to make those judgement calls - calls which could end up costing the WGs, the establishment (and ultimately the maid) money.

This is why sticking to the rules is fairest, for staff also. Otherwise, they'd have everybody else phoning up saying, "Well, you did it this way for so-and-so! Why not me?"

Agreed , but as a regular , known to them , couldn't she have sent him a text to ask " do you still want this appointment ? "

I have had texts like this from other parlours . Surely a regular gets a bit better service than that .

I go to Annabellas fairly regular and my appiontments are often cut short. Usually it's only 5-10 minutes, so I'm not too bothered. Once a 30 minute booking was cut to 15 mins which was annoying.

I went to Intimate Massage in Bedford for the first time recently and it was a completely different experience. Very relaxing, and the lovely lady at reception made me feel very welcome. I had a bath first which wasn't included in the paid time and my half-hour booking overran by at least 5 minutes. I did mention to the girl that my time was up as I don't like to overstay, but she wouldn't let me go until she got me off for a second time. A very impressive parlour and girl I think. I would go more often but it takes a bit too long for me to get there. The lovely girl was Katherine if anyone wants to know.

I'm not saying that I don't like Annabellas, I wouldn't continue to go there if I didn't. It has nice girls, rooms, excellent prices and the receptionists are always very good. I just feel a bit annoyed that sometimes I do not get the time I've paid for. A couple of times I've been out in 20 mins in a half-hour booking and I wonder what I've paid an extra tenner for.

They don't keep my number as I've never used them . But places where I go regularly do have my number . Personally I think everyone keeps records, but most will deny it .

I agree with you and know some do as they have texted me a year after last contact. However, unless specifically agreed with the punter a SP shouldnt be contacting him in my view, the onus is on him to contact them in my opinion. :)

i think those of you not with partner forget the amount of effort we put into a punt, covering tracks, manufacturing an excuse to be away and having to be back when expected.

so understand the annoyance when it all goes tits up.

" do you still want this appointment ? " What's wrong with that ? could be from a dentist , or anyplace . I wouldn't keep a wife long who looked into my phone or mail so no problem there for me .

If they say they don't keep your number, then they text you in the morning to ask if you are turning up, then the game is surely up! :P Of course, they may keep your number anyway, we will never know that for sure.

Unless there is a policy openly in place that says they will contact you (if you agree to them doing so) then the fairest way is to stick with the way it is at Annabella's.

I've been a regular since 2009 I book in advance, but I always call in to confirm as near as to 10.00am as I can. As I have an hours drive to MK I can't call in while I'm driving, so I make sure I'm in MK or within striking distance as a M1 service stop before 10.00am.

I also like a lay in bed on a Sunday, however when Mrs L is away visiting friends over a weekend and I have a punt booked at 11.00am, when in order to met the above I get up early to make sure I get to MK or there abouts by 10.00.

Sunday is a busy at Annabella's, they did well fitting you in.

As the OP has been going there for 2 years, then you know the proceedure, you've only got yourself to blame.

Sorry, but no sympathy from me on this one.

Agreed, and it would be a system ideally suited to me as long as the phone is answered within the timescale. My view of the benefits of being a regular isnt being able to book the day before and not need to confirm on the day as i dont see that as an advantage, its that they do all they can to squeeze me in at very short notice knowing if i say i will be their on time they know i will be. I have many times benefited from this over the years. :)
