Get a larger penis I think, which is why I wonder whether a vacuum cleaner could have the same effect. Place something soft in the pipe and you've got a demon blow job machine... patent ;-)

Wouldn't consider it. The todger is a delicate thing, I'm not sure exposing it to such unnatural forces is a good idea?

Mine is (I think) decidedly average in size, but you know what they say - it's not the size but what you do with it. Oh shit, I'm screwed then

I've seen someone who has, and it wasn't a pretty sight.

For Medical reasons - Somebody who suffers from Erectile Dysfunction could use one.

The use of a vacuum pump is common treatment following prostate surgery (ie removal) especially if there had been damage to the nerves which control erections (when drugs such as Viagra and Cialis won't work). The pump allows blood to flow into the penis to aid recovery and also allows penetrative sex. They are actually available by prescription to men with this condition on the NHS.

To men who have this condition they are not a sex toy but an essential tool in restoring some kind of normality to sexual relations.

The penis was certainly enlarged, it was swollen and there were also broken blood vessels. Unfortunately the extra size actually made it more difficult to get and maintain an erection, since there was more space to fill with blood. It was me who asked if he'd been using a pump, he admitted he'd gotten a bit carried away. It is however quite logical that if you put something into a vacuum it's going to expand, and it might not necessarily be beneficial.

Well, that should be enough to deter anyone, I would have thought. I think you might have just done a few people a useful service, Strawberry. I, for one, will be content with what nature has provided, albeit modestly! I do find the little blue pills useful, though......

Someone who has had one prescribed on the NHS is (or should have been) shown at an ED clinic how to use one properly so that what you have described doesn't happen. Just sticking it on your dick and pumping away for England, not a good idea! In the wrong hands you can do serious damage!

After all the silly ripostes:

Yes, I have tried one - for fun, not for ED. Yes it works and your cock looks damned impressive - inside the tube. As soon as you take it out and release the vacuum, down it subsides to normal, quite fast too. So a bit of a waste of time really but glad I tried it.

To those who said use a Hoover - if you are old enough you may remember the Hoover Dustette? A handheld unit like a prehistoric dustbuster. Mains powered it started to feature in accident units as guys found it ideal for cock sucking. I read the medical report that explained the unit has a high speed fan positioned about six inches down the nozzle. Can you imagine the lacerations?

I remember Dustettes and infact was wondering if you can still get them, they were very good for use on stairs. Aside from that wouldn't the steel inflexible nozzle be a bit painful?

I tried one of those pussy pumping machines once and LOVED it! Being quite sensitive, I thought I would cringe out, but it was definitely something I would try again... x

I believe you can find a vacuum pump that combines the use of a cockring on the internet, though that sounds pretty uncomfortable unless you suffer either from ED or from an inferiority complex. :P

I have an elderly client who has just got one and it is very effective to get an erection,. If used PROPERLY ! it should not be used to "get a bigger cock"

Vacuum developers are very dangerous: often cause ruptures to the blood vessels and permanent skin blotches that your partner will assume to be a STD.

I had the opportunity to try a penis pump vacuum, I don't know, nothing really special about it. Maybe it works for some people. I won't be trying them again, like It was said in this topic already, it's kind of a waste of time.

This did make me chuckle Lurcio.

I had visions of your engorged knob deflating, making a loud farting noise, and flying round the room.

Ahem. Apologies for another silly (even irreverent) riposte.
