curious to know what the interview process is like for most agencies? how many agency owners actually end up 'road testing' their employees?

 

one maxes angel girl told me that new girls were auditioned by having a regular client book an appointment with them and then having the client report back, that sounds like a pretty moral way of doing things.

Well might be true if said client was a "regular client" but he is a good friend of Max. Max interviews the girls themselves obviously and when I say interview I don't mean sleeping with them but interviewing them, sometimes with another angel present so he can get their view too on suitability. This makes sense as they do get a lot of applicants.

As for the morality of having a "regular client " reporting back to Max himself, personally think this is sneaky and underhand, that's why Max uses a good friend rather than a client.

What's the difference between a good friend or a client doing the reporting back?  Personally I think unless the client hand picked her, because he wanted to see her, it isn't fair, as he may just not feel interested in her, so she might have a tough job from the off getting him excited.  I would have thought it would be better for the receptionist to ask who ever books her first, if they mind reporting back and doing it in a more organic way would be better.

When I first started doing 'this'  I used to visit a man in his eighties who always said 'I want to give you 'organism'.  I did not have the heart to correct him, and anyway he knew what he meant !

Bearing in mind its a totally unregulated industry different Agencies using different processes. One WG i know merely sent out her pictures to an Agency and was offered work a few days later, she never met the Agency owner/manager until the end of her first day. The photos could of been of anyone and she could of been underage for all the Agency knew. Another was never at any stage asked for any ID, to my mind this should be a standard thing to ask for being offering anyone work in any field.

 

The thing to bear in mind is some Agencies are owned and/or run by total lowlifes, they have no integrity or honesty, this applies to all types of Establishments though not just Agencies although it was Agencies i was lied to the most by as a punter. However, there are good honest ones about apparently as this forum has shown.

When I considered agency work I found them to be vastly different. The owner of a well known northern agency came to my home, met me and talked me through it all, he was a perfect gentlemen and put no pressure on me in any way.

Others I approached wanted clients to try me out, some talked about guys they employed themselves to do it (think they were just after free sex), other wanted me to pay the cost of the first booking to them so that should I fail to make future appointments they would not be out of pockets and so on.

In the end although I did go on the books at the northern one for a while I found it better to work for myself.

In a similar vein how does it work for male escorts (those who see women that is). I worked with a guy years ago, who claimed to be a male escort and he was balding, overweight and not what you would call handsome. I certainly would have been disappointed if I was a lady and he turned up at the hotel!

There's one 'agency' which was rather well known at the time for 'try out' sessions when the guy who ran it did the photo shoot. The more experienced ladies usually got out of it but some newer girls did fall for it. The lady I was involved with sent me a pre-arranged text saying call now, I then rang with a 'booking' which meant she had to leave without the 'try out', he still put her on the site and she got quite a bit of work out of it :)

I don't agree with the idea of 'road testing'. It's a completely different situation from just going with the flow of a normal appointment, so it wouldn't give an accurate portrayal of how the escort would conduct herself on genuine meetings. Agencies just have to be patient and wait for feedback from genuine clients. Some clients love new escorts, but I'm sure it's a risk as to whether she'll be a hit or miss until she's gained a bit of feedback, though even so feedback is highly subjective.

I went on some interviews with an agency I used to work for and what I would expect of a new escort would be insight into the job (as in not thinking we just go for paid dinner), the seeming ability to get on with people of all ages and walks of life and non pretentious, good conversational ability, intelligence, interesting and interested (knows how to balance conversations equally about them and who they're talking to - not firing questions of too intimidatingly, but asking enough to seem genuinely interested, not talking too much about themselves in a self obsessed kind of way). Also I would be perturbed if she looked too young, as I remember when I started I was 19 and very slim I frequently got creepy guys wanting school girl role play because they thought I'd look like an actual school girl (I have nothing against adult type school role play, but the fact they wanted me to look like a child...). Finally I'd want to feel they could handle themselves in confrontational situations. This is unfortunately one of the dangers of this line of work, so it's important escorts are able to attempt to diffuse a situation to enable them to leave safely.

I'd imagine that this runs the spectrum as outlined above...but having been a 'road tester' at one stage here's my experience:

While back I went through a crazy phase seeing WGs & I got a bit of a rep with two agencies viz. I was basically on speed-dial if a new lady came (pardon pun) on the books..this was because I was pretty ahem prolific with field reports ( & I'd like to think as I also was known as a clean, non-pushy person).

In reality this had both pros & cons, viz-

Here in the States given legal environment 'taking one for the team' can be dicey, whatever about how 'good' a lady is, there's always a small chance you'll end up getting arrested! So going with a pre-screened* new girl took some much of the risk away..and of course it stoked my ego that I got to write several of the 'first' reports on new talent. Fwiw, I always paid the regular tariff & other than literary privilege never got any form of 'kick-back' for my valient services ;->

 

For most part these punts went very well to excellent, bulk of girls had prior experience in field or had worked as dancers or in adult film etc....but it was the not so great encounters which were a bit tricky although I was always honest- one girl was brand new to the game & in reality her heart wasn't in it, she lasted one night...another gal (who was experienced) just didn't give good service... I put it down to jet lag & reported same etc but she ended up being let go after three days...but ( & I'm really not trying to sound like I was playing God!), this is why the 'road test' can be a smart idea.

 

*I got to know the owner of one of these agencies quite well ( over here we have regular parties & I met him socially a few other times too)- he was ex-military & very careful in checking the womens background, age, STD status, mental bearing etc and he turned down plenty of candidates at an early stage...speaking with his staff it was evident he treated them very well & fairly < I wouldn't have done this otherwise>.

He confided that he had once slept with one of his entourage but learnt a costly lesson when she promptly disappeared with $$$$- so now he never sleeps where he eats ;)

 

I'm also aware (via multiple second hand accounts) about several ageny owner clowns who expect ( & often get) a first hand 'casting' experience :eek:
