Wgs And Periods...

36 posts in this topic

Hi all,

Please hear me out here. Over the past 4 weeks, I've been speaking to/texting this woman and have arranged every weekend for the past 3 to meet. Either it's her or me who has had genuine (I've seen her before, don't think she is trying to get rid of me) problems come up and has had to cancel. Now, my question is this: If she has agreed to see me every weekend over the past 3 weekends, is there a good chance that she would have been on her period on one of those days and would have seen me regardless?

This is not the nicest of topics but I have a real... fear of having sex with a woman when she's on her period. Not a fan of anal so the adage, "When the red river flows, take the muddy path." doesn't really apply here.

Thoughts? Anyone experienced this?

It's worth bearing in mind that some forms of contraception make periods go away almost altogether. Mine for example last about two days now. So no she's not necessarily on her period one week in every four.

Correct, also she might only menstruate for 3 or 4 days in that week. I sometimes don't have periods for up to 6 months either due to contraception, or because I'm taking part in a lot of sport. When I do menstruate it can be for 2-3 days or a full week, when less than one week those days could fall anywhere in that week. Menstruation can stop as a result of weight gain or loss, heavy exercise say training for a marathon, during periods of stress or worry and 'just because they can'. A lot of men think menstruation runs like clockwork, it doesn't.

Hi, I'm a doc and agree that many forms of contraception can shut down the menstrual cycle. Even those forms which still allow a 'bleed' (it's not truly a proper menstruated bleed in the medical sense) can be manipulated to avoid the hormone withdrawal bleed if desired.

Find a girl that could fit you and me (6' 2") up her sleeve and I'll believe you :D

I agree.  There can be many reasons why a girls period doesn't run like clock work.  She could also be one of the unlucky few (like me) were no form of contraceptive works to lighten/ regulate or remove periods, and either has to have surgery or wait for her menopause to kick in to end them.

Shes probably on something like cerazette which can stop her periods or simply her periods started and ended before the time you wanted.Either that or she uses a sponge which stops the flow from going anywhere near you.

Interestingly enough sex can bring a girls period on also, highlighted to me by the fact I used to have a terrible time with not knowing when I was going to come on despite using cerazette non stop, however since I stopped working I have not had one single bleed since! Go figure!

Or be like me, had surgery and not have any periods at all.

I have a friend/WG that will always see me on her downitme socialy, I don't think she knows I'm fully aware of this. I've got an iPhone app* that calculates womens cycles and she runs like clockwork.

*I did not get it specifically but as part of a bundle of common useful apps.

I thought it was "when the river runs red, take the dirt track instead!"

The Mirena coil will stop periods too, I can't remember the last time I had one!

I've met the sponge as I felt it having sex and have also had girls who were already on their period or when sex initiated it.

Also had someone using her ribena drink to persuade me she had started almost as soon as we had started.

I've never experienced a lady on a sponge day, I do like to finger so that would obviously have been immediately disallowed.

I would hope a lady would discourage RO if she was having her period and using a sponge. Sadly I doubt this is always the case.

I'm not about to start asking ladies if it's rag week but I would certainly rather not visit if it's her time of the month.

Indeed, although a punter i was talking to at a party thought the term meant dressing up in period costumes and asked me if i knew of a fancy dress shop where he could hire a Mr Darcy outfit., i did laugh.

I'm sure I've seen girls while they've been on their period, however as long as I don't notice it it doesn't bother me. Some of my exes were at their horniest at that time of the month!

My OH used to be rampant around the time of the month and I've seen many ladies on AW post similar in their interviews.

However, as a devout follower of RO I wouldn't wish to go south if a lady was having her period even if she was using a sponge.

One for the ladies, do guys ever ask if you're having your period so they can avoid it? I know some guys like period play but I imagine most don't.

I personally feel it important to my own integrity to notify clients if my period arrives unexpectedly even if it costs me the booking, I would rather this than traumatise someone! (Especially as I'm a prolific squirter - I wouldn't wish to shower someone in Rosé!)

In some circumstances, the client has stated he did not mind and so a contraception sponge was used (after a special PH wash) but I prefer not to try and hide the fact.

I do not wish to be unkind but there are many escorts who rely on bookings to survive financially and cannot afford to risk you cancelling hence the attempt at a cover up. I'm lucky enough to have other income streams so I do not rely on escorting to live.I make no judgment on the choices these escorts make but it is a well known issue. Sadly so is pelvic immflammatory disease which can be contracted if parts of a synthetic sponge break off inside her which is why specialist contraception sponges should always be used.

Thanks Holly ;)

I'm not about to start asking but it's one of those issues that matter a lot to some of us.
