Well So Much For The "swedish Model" Reducing Demand Or Being A Deterrent

1 post in this topic

Hundreds of would-be sex-buyers responded to an advert in a newspaper in western Sweden, which offered the services of a fictional 19-year-old prostitute.

If the Swedish model was as great as Sweden makes it out to be, then surely any adverts for sexual services would recieve no interest or response?

Since there is so much interest in the fake ad, I bet the real ads are getting plenty of responses as well (a quick Google search reveals plenty results for escorts in the capital).

Over 10 years after Sweden changed their laws it appears their sex industry is still alive and kicking.

I remember reading something about Iceland not long ago they had done the same thing and got the same result.
