The terrible crime, sex for money between consenting adults, will be costly to investigate for the police, so they'll have to take the money from somewhere...

I had a quick look at the story...

The way it is reported is that owing to the Home Office cuts, as opposed to the Home Office 'realising' that the amount of money spent was not in proportion to the amount of people found involved in trafficking...

Now that would be a story - but this would never happen!!

Being a bit cynical I wonder if the money is going to pay some of the racial discrimination claims?
