Asianxclusive Agency - Rude & Disrespectful To Punters

14 posts in this topic

It is quite unusual to encounter such rudeness and bad mannered behaviour from a company that is 'meant' to be selling a service, well not until after you bought it!!!

I send a very nicely written polite 3 paragraph email to the above company asking if any of their girls did MFM meetings, and how much that would be.

I get a brusque reply that 'No ladies offered that service", from a 'Florence', not even a sorry, nothing.

I then email back saying what a rude reply that was - she emails straight back with "Fuck Off" and she claims to be the manager!!!

It is quite funny, but also not a company you want to be using I would think.. No excuse to be so rude to a client.

Quite unbelievable really. Normally I have to pay girls to be that rude to me LOL

P.S. I have no affiliation with any other Agencies and no vested interest in damaging this one. But when an Escort Agency is so blatantly rude and disrespectful to a PUNTER, you have to say some-thing. If not here, then where?

To be fair, what was wrong with her first reply? You asked a question, she answered. Why the need to say sorry in that first reply? That should have been it.What did you really expect.Sorry oh kindest sir.I am afraid that we are unable to fulfill your wishes. Please accept our grovelling apologies.
Her second reply however was a bit much.We don't know how you worded your reply, but even if it was a tad rude,as the manager she should have just ignored it rather then take a rise and reply like that.

Experience should tell you that there are an awful lot of rude and unprofessional people operating in this business of sex for sale

What with the scammers, bait n switchers, BS artists, lazy do the minimum possible then get you out ASAP SPs and racists, rudeness is a fairly minor problem...........not that this is any valid excuse for an agency receptionist/manager to treat a punter with utterly disrespectful contempt, but it gives a little perspective

Simply vote with your feet

I'd never use them again and take your custom and money elsewhere, and of course you are perfectly right to post your experience with this agency on this board

Some on here seem to take the stance that the wg/service provider/agency is always right no matter what, and that a punter by default is a sad sack to be patronized

Fk that !!

I have often encountered this 'holier than thou' air of many a receptionist at an agency, even more so when its a flats arrangement advertising in the local papers, as such I try and limit my conversation and dealings with these types to the bare minimum possible

I do find the majority of the 'good' oriental agency receptionists to be both polite, professional and helpful though

I suspect they get a lot of time wasters (and/or punters who use the emails as wank fodder).

Once you've asked for a service, if they don't provide it, they're 99% sure you aren't coming back for something radically different next week. These are busy people. Sending an email is free, so lots of people with time on their hands and a slight buzzing feeling in their boxers are going to be sending them random stuff.

I find a lot of small businesses communicate like the first message you got; writing back to tell them how rude they are isn't going to change anything. It's not like the call centre supervisor is going to give operator 367 a bollocking for forgetting to tell you to have a nice day.

3 paragraphs is a bit long for a first email. Depending on what the content of that email was it may have been deemed as wank fodder, as mentioned above too. It's also a safety thing escorts not doing MFM bookings. There was nothing wrong with her reply, and there was certainly no need for an apology. If I received an initial email 3 paragraphs long I'd presume it'd been copy and pasted to many other escorts too. A quick concise email regarding your request would've sufficed.

Agree with jasmine here , why not a phone call first . Nothing wrong with their first reply . Why should they say more than that . You are only one of thousands of punters in london .

I would think it hard to get a mmf service if you are not a regular client with any asian agency .

Last time I called AX, the receptionist scored 10/10 for friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency, not that I was requesting anything out of the ordinary.

Just out of interest, what exactly was wrong with her first reply. He asked for a specific service,he was told they didnt provide that service. The problem is? If you were informed that an establishment didnt cater for the service you specifically wanted would you feel the need to message back as he did?

Manners are important to me, especially in a professional/potential business capacity

Both replies from the agency were completely absent of any

So what if he made a 2nd enquiry ?

That justifies telling him to fuck off ??

Like I said I don't subscribe to 'the SP is ALWAYS in the right' school of thought

Whats the price of politeness.....

For  a manager to reply with... "fuck off", shows a lack of concern for her clients

Whats wrong with showing the way she treats potential customers on here.

If a punter sent an e-mail being rude and swearing he would be in the wrong, so why not Florence.

Haha :D

That was quite funny!

Better for an agency to be bluntly honest instead of giving false pretences.

I agree a 3-paragraph email might have been a bit much for a simple question and that the initial response was terse and did not polite, but then a response declaring her response rude escalated it.  Her 2nd response was certainly uncalled for and if she was having a bad day should have just iet it go with no response.

That being said, it is indicative of the professionalism of the organization and I appreciate hearing such feedback.  It's also good to see others respond where they've had good experiences.  One uncorroborated red flag noted.

The second message wasn't as he sats an enquiry but more a whinge. We also don't know quite how he phrased it.

Don't get me wrong, the second reply was wrong, they should have just ignored him,but the first.I deal with various suppliers on a daily basis. If i'm after something specific i ask, then i get a yes we stock it,no we dont. Why should it be any different here?Got nothing to do with the SP being right.

To expect fawning has nothing to do with a business attitude.

You class 'SORRY, we don't do/don't have that...' as fawning

I class it as very basic manners

We have different standards and that's that
