Anyone using one ?

I picked up one at a car boot the other day and it works fine but only in a limited form

To access historical data etc I need the software from the S&S site but can't download it

as I'm not a customer

Anyone help me out ?  Thanks in advance

That was my first option but they refer you back to S&S - nothing at all on the manufacturers site.

A picture might help identify it

If it's the ONZO monitor, you have to have an SSE iPlan account to get the software; I have an old SSE login but can't get at the software I'm afraid

Just dont see what the point of a monitor is?

Had a number of oiks trying to flog me a smart meter, and told them to eff off, as there's no benefit for me as a consumer.

I am perfectly capable of walking around the house to check what's on or off, reading my own meter and emailing in readings.
