Tours - Bad Areas?

20 posts in this topic

After listening sympathetically to a long moan from a friend about one area where she's been touring, I wondered: when you've been on tour, ladies, are there any particular areas of the country you've found are really rubbish, e.g. no decent accommodation, loads of obnoxious blokes etc?

I toured Glasgow and Edinburgh and all the guys were nice. Unfortunately, with a few exceptions, I found the guys in Aberdeen very unfriendly and at times a bit rude.

Oops, own goal. I hope you'll give us another chance Lady, some of the blokes here are nice. I mean, there's me, and...well, me anyway!:D

As Duncan Macrae and Roddy Macmillan would say : " Oh there's me and you and you and me ....courtesy "Highland Voyage" !

My experience is similar to Ladyofthemansion. I'm always happy to return to Glasgow when I can. But Aberdeen just seemed a bit too flakey for me. I know another lady whose experience of Aberdeen was also a waste of time and I don't think she goes back there either.

Me and you, you and me

Lots and lots for us to see

Lots and lots for us to do

You and me, me and you

(attributed to a writer for kids' TV who had a deadline the very next morning, i.e. 10.32 or whenever they slouched into the office in those days) :)

Hmmm, my experience of Aberdeen has been better but then I've been going there regularly for quite a while.

I would never tour Manchester again, it is absolutely saturated with WGs. :)

I would like to "do" Manchester at least once before I retire. I've actually never been to Manchester before in my life!

I have just returned from ireland for my second two week tour of cork and dublin and galway

ok galway got rained off literally cos of the floods but i just stayed in dublin instead

i had to brilliant tours both time the irish guys were honestly really really nice i had very little no shows /timewasters and i really like dublin as its easy to get around

i know that lots of girls say that ireland is dangerous ect and i agree that i can be it seems a lot of girls get robbed / attempted robberies and attacks but im not sure if its more noticable because of the small amount of girls that work there so its more noticed than in the uk

the apartment that i have used have been fine and good locations and a self check in whihc is brill but one place that i staye in was known as the 8 floor of whores cos of the amount of working girls using them :)

london has been ok but i stayed in hotels and go crazy

Good for me are Dublin, Glasgow, Edinburgh and London. I visited Aberdeen for the first time recently and it was great - will definitely be back.

Bad for me Galway, Cork, Newcastle and Bath.

Waow Pru, you've never been to Manchester, you must come sometime, as a city I love it, lots to do, but all within a reasonable distance, either a short walk or cab ride, a lot easier to get around than London. As said earlier it is rather saturated with escorts, but I'm sure if you advertised it enough in advance you would get some guys who would like to see you who don't normally get down to London, it works that way for some of the Manchester ladies when they head to London.

Regarding Aberdeen I find the remarks rather interesting, when I was involved with an escort she got a good overnighter on a Friday in the area that more than covered the cost of her flying there and back. She decided to get a hotel for the Saturday and started advertising that she would be there and got some enquiries, I said I'd fly up and join her on the Saturday to give company when she wasn't working, it was lucky I did as she ended up without a single booking. We had quite an enjoyable time up there, the hotel had a great pool and sauna etc, plus we found an excellent Chinese, I think it was on Union Street. When we were on our way out in the evening we were pretty sure we saw an escort coming down the corridor towards us so there must be some demand, it just wasn't for the lady I was with, she normally did well when toured other places.

I met some nice guys in Newcastle but the amount of no shows there was unbelievable. I will return to Newcastle at some point but I wont be doing an appointment system there. It will be a case of getting them to just ring when outside.

I toured Aberdeen just last month for the first time in a few years and did very well :D

I also found the guys very polite although I did have a few strange emails on A**** W*** but I ignored them ;)

Aberdeen for me is touch & go really

Glasgow & Edinburgh are brilliant - Glasgow especially.

Whats Southampton like? Thinking of touring therein 2010.
