Booking With Escort Agency

17 posts in this topic

Today I called an escort agency I saw advertised on the web, it looked pretty legit. A man answered and I asked him if I could book one of the girls for tomorrow, he said I should call back tomorrow and book then (the day I want to see the escort). Also he told me the escort I wanted starts at 12pm but on the website it says 10am. Which means I would have to call first thing in the morning.

Why would an agency not allow bookings a day before? Why did he ask me to book on the same day I want to see the escort?

It has left me feeling a bit wary, could it be some sort of poilce sting?

I highly doubt its a police sting. The police don't do honeytraps over here and if they did it wouldn't be very effective telling people to ring the next day. Some agencies have a policy of not accepting advance bookings from new clients.Could it be the lady you wanted to see already has bookings before 12?

Your probably right, I will ring them tomorrow.

It could just be that he's making sure that said lady turns in for work that day.  Nothing worse than promising you can see a lady and her not turn up.

Perhaps they have had so many people making advance of the day bookings and who then havent turned up that they insist on punters ringing on the actual day now.

Its not going to be a police sting as as a punter you arent breaking the law by ringing an Agency and making a booking to see a WG.

Why would it be a police sting? That sort of thing tends not to be the way the police operate in this country, plus paying for sex is not an offence unless the lady is forced or coerced.

Unfortunately some agencies do this, asking you to call back on the day. As someone who likes to be organised I prefer to know about advance appointments, and when I have agreed to one I honour it and plan my day around it. Yes, many clients who book in advance don't go through with the appointment the next day, but there's no harm in pencilling them in and asking them to confirm by 10am, that way it's unlikely the escort will have turned down anyone else by then.

Exactly this. Why would they go to all the trouble of organising a "sting" for something which isnt illegal.

Because I tend to have only a limited time frame, I like to plan ahead, book the day before and confirm by phone or text on the morning of the appointment.

I can understand why they might take the "you must book on the day and only on the day" approach but, to me, this smacks of poor customer service and if a girl or an agency took this approach with me I would consider very seriously whether I wanted to go ahead with the planned punt.

I'm afraid through no fault of your own, you've ran into the 'blank syndrome'.

There are of course, genuine clients like yourself, that simply wish to make an advance booking.

Unfortunately, there are now also a myriad of timewasters that want only to ...erm... waste time... which has the effect of the girl calling on for work specially for an advance booking, only to find out that the client has no intention of turning up to see her.

I like to book well in advance and so far I have had no problems. It must be the law of averages

First of all I'm not sure what you mean by 'blank syndrome' and secondly, as Jasmine says, the timewaster problem can easily be dealt by:

This, to me, is good customer service and I would far rather visit a lady / use an agency that takes this approach that the approach which you seem to advocate.

Still - your business is your business and its up to you how you run it.

Indeed the best way.

Confirming on the day is ideal.

It's also not unusual for the girl to phone in late to the agency etc - perhaps she was out the night before.  So it may be that the agency is trying to protect itself by doing things this way - after all, they are trying to stop timewasting (and dissatisifcation and lower profits) from both ends.

Hello London Lad.

Did you go?  Was she there? Have you been arrested? Did you have a good time?

If its late at night and someone has had a few to drink its unlikely that they will turn up the next day. We quite happily take a booking a day in advance as long as the customer is sure who they want to book.  You still need to confirm again on the day it generally works out ok.

We do have customers wanted to book 3 months ahead thats a nono im afriad lol !!!

If she is a popular lady, the agency can be reasonably confident of getting a request from a regular, which is always preferable to a "will he or won't he turn up" from an unknown quantity. Regulars are every agency's and independent's bread and butter - I tend to do the same: take pre-bookings from guys I know, and ask new boys to call on the morning for a same day appointment. Bit annoying for bona fide clients who need to book in advance, but I'll always bend over backwards (and much more ;-0) for my treasured regulars.
