Hotel Punting...

43 posts in this topic

I've got a punt booked for next week (woo!) - my first in 3 years and it turns out the lady is on tour so i'll be meeting at her hotel room. I'm a little nervous about this because i've never seen an escort in a hotel before. What are the chances of hotel staff knocking on the door or next door realising theres an escort in there... I appreciate i'm being a bit paranoid, but am i right?

Almost none.  Nothing illegal.  May be against hotel policy so they can ask her to not stay again - you are at close to no risk.  If the totally unlikely happens, just say she is a friend.  This hobby is not risk free, but this is not one to worry about IMHO.

It's very common in London- agency girls book hotel rooms. I've been to a hotel room for an outcall on between 5-10 occasions and nothing untoward has ever happened. One thing I would say is that a large hotel is better because then you can slip in and out and be anonymous, but the escorts will know that anyway.

I had a booking with Pixie in a London hotel just a few days go - I can confirm the above comments, absolutely nothing for you to worry about.

If the girl has done her research, then the hotel will be big, busy and anonymous, so think of the enjoyment to come and forget about being caught by hotel staff. ;)

Yup, nothing to worry about. Most annoying bit is usually walking past reception but hasnt been an issue for me in the past - just look like a guest and casually walk to the elevator (she will have chosen a hotel where you can discreetly walk directly to the elevator). Once you're in the room, it's like any guests having some fun! Although I found some WG's like playing a bit of TV in the background so it covers the sounds of enjoyment a bit, lol

Why on Earth would they knock on the door other than to service the room or some other chore. Do you think remainder of the population are permanently on WG watch? At worst they might think they've got a shagathon next door but any sensible SP and her clients will be making sure they are discrete. I've had rooms next to some really noisy people having wild parties nothing to do with prostitution and they've merely been advised to keep the noise down.

Most hotels don't mind, unless you cause a disturbance. If a hotel works for a WG, she is likely to book again, for extended periods, and maybe recommend the place to friends - good business for the hotel. If anything, we're quieter than other guests, and we tip well, when we need yet another stack of clean towels. I have known of colleagues to be able to negotiate really good room rates, and a girlfriend of mine, who used to tour in Dublin, got so friendly with the reception staff that they used to go clubbing together after work.

I also feel hotels are a pretty safe place to work from, and are probably safer and more discreet for the punters, too. A bit like the Inland Revenue, they're not in the business of judging our morals - they simply want our money.

Don't worry, hotels are great, the lady would have sussed out one with good access and if its got a Bar and restaurant then you can slip in unnoticed, the hotel I was in yesterday you could get to the room without passing reception, don't worry about knocks on door unless you are smoking and set the alarm off!

Hotel punting as you call it is the best form of punting for me...as for your concerns, rest assured as what has been said already is mainly true....I say enjoy the view, enjoy room service, enjoy the bar....enjoy the whole damn experience!!!

Never had a problem in the past.

Meeting a girl in a hotel is, to me, no different to meeting a girl in a serviced apartment block where you have to go past a manned reception desk.

If you're worried about being interrupted, you could always hang the Do Not Disturb sign on the door!

IME you should be more worried about the WG meeting your expectations than having any problems with the staff or being noticed.

Almost every hotel knows the score about WGs and punters and dont blink an eye as its business to them.

Sadly I have found punts in hotels can be hit and miss, and I have walked away from a few and stayed on some occasions to later regret parting with my cash.

Good luck ;)

That's what I do .....  nobody will interrupt you and nobody will suspect a thing. And then exactly one hour later you reemerge from the lift with a big smile on your face, looking slightly dishevelled and your pheremones raging : I'm sure nobody will suspect you have been having rampant sex for the past sixty minutes.

I was nervous for my first few hotl visits which didn't occur until recent years of a long punting life. It's the getting clear where you should be going rather than standing in reception in front of staff trying to find the stairs, lift or corridor door.

Better now but still a bit nervous.

One place the SP didn't explain I didn't have to go into reception but could just wal round the back to a separate block so I found myself asking how to get to a room with nearly the right number and she would have seen on her PC screen it was unoccupied.

A girl told me before a punt she had changed hotels as she was in with the reception staff and they had warn her her a punter had made a fuss and the staff were checking everyone going in had a room reservation that night.

But convenient if you are early or she's late as I recently spent a happy hour watching football and guest watching in the bar. Hotels in city centres don't see to be the preserve of the rich and famous any more - yes I'm that old.

so the girl goes to the lift on her floor, calls the lift, when it comes presses G and doesnt get in.

Lo and behold, the punter is presented with a lift with doors open.

But then he often needs to insert a door card in a slot in the lift in order to select the floor

I'd like to know what is this 'being on the phone' business when you walk past reception? What purpose does it serve?

I don't think I'm ever 'on the phone' when I walk into hotels because when I'm staying in hotels not working, not visiting clients there for personal reasons it's not something I do (I save phone calls until I'm somewhere private like in the room, or outside the hotel), and I prefer to behave naturally as I would whatever I was there for.

Next time I stay in a hotel I'll try and make a not of whether or not people make phone calls passing through reception.

Ah just seen this, can't say I've ever been stopped, if I am asked if they can help me I say No thank you, just smile and nod and move along but it rarely happens(work or not). I just make it look like I know where I'm going and that's it.

I hope hotel receptionists are not reading this - ''look, a man walking past us whilst talking on the phone, he must be another punter!'' ;)

However, to get back to the main point, let's not scare the o/p with this - girls usually check out hotels with these security measures and avoid them.

If doing Hotel visits avoid booking and arriving dead on the hour.

I found a group of cleaners would hang about on the hour for a laugh.

I just gave them a smile and a suggestive gesture and that way we all shared the laugh.

The management is on the lookout for a man seen inappropriately twerking in front of cleaning staff outside room 305.
