Hotel Punts - Getting Past Reception,

12 posts in this topic

Hi all,

Firstly, sorry if this is in the wrong section?

Second, sorry if this is covered elsewhere.

Hopefully you can offer some advice / knowledge

Although I've been punting regularly for the last 18 months, too much tbh on occasions, I've generally visited parlours, mainly due to ease of booking and availability during working hours.

However, I'm going to be travelling a lot over the next few months, and have been contemplating booking SP's for hotel outcalls.

So my question(s)

1, if a lady is coming to your hotel - are there chains that are better than others?

I'm thinking key card entry ect.

2, does she generally come up to your room, or do you meet them in the bar?

3, I in reverse, how do you get to her room?

Thanks in advance

chains vary, so you cant really say. for instance ibis have key card entry to lifts in some hotels, no problems elsewhere.  Same for travelodge.

so when you book in you have to suss the layout and then arrange whether to meet the lady in reception, or let her come to your room.  One stunt is when she is in the lobby is to call the lift to your floor, and when it comes press ground but dont get in. Hopefully she will be presented with a lift with an open door.  but some lifts you need to swipe you card to make the buttons work.

in reverse, she will give you instructions. just stick to them.

Just meet her in the reception?  Don't get the hotel staff or manager must or should suspect, it could be anybody, your wife, a woman you're having an affair with lol..

The easiest way to make sure your escort gets through reception and up to your room is to ensure that you book someone who knows NOT to look like a stereotypical ho on the way in x

I did have to walk straight through an Asian wedding party once. I think other than the escort the party must have booked the entire hotel out. Everyone had gathered round the entrance foyer where the horse drawn carriage had pulled up and other vehicles, taking photos etc. Needs must, I held my head up and confidently strode past everybody. Underneath I was bloody bricking it!

I socialise in different places or book hotels myself in different places and I have never had any problems.  But I heard indeed on so many occassions about hotel security stopping the girls that look 'out of place'.

Indeed you can meet them at the bar or outside the hotel, and although the hotel security might undestand what is going on cannot stop you from doing what pleases you.

Hotels that have bars are great, so you can just walk in and be part of the crowd, no one will notice you, if you really are worried walk in carrying a newspaper and go to bar and buy a packet of peanuts and a coke or whatever then walk to the lifts, smile if smiled at, job done.

I'll never sleep easy in a hotel again knowing how lax their security is

hopefully your door has a lock on it, and also a chain.  i always use the chain to stop anyone wandering in.

Hilton Metrolpole is really good for anonymity.  Bit of a fave is Landmark hotel - some rooms look down on internal atrium - quite fun pressed against window looking down on guest sipping their cocktails!

I had hoped this thread could avoid the naming of specific hotels as being suitable for Punting, but as a handful of hotels have been named I feel the thread needs to be locked to avoid any repetition.

Naming hotels as being Punter/WG friendly on here makes it more likely that those hotels, shy of any negative publicity, will tighten up their procedures, making life more difficult for us, so naming them is entirely self-defeating.
