Legality Lmp

7 posts in this topic

Hi,

I noticed Lmp like to promote themselves through social media such as facebook and twitter which means they feel safe from any threat of prosecution.

Can someone explain to me the legalities of adult parties and are there any chances of being raided.

I've been a few times and always enjoy it but in the back of my mind I am always worried about police barging through the door.

Very occasionally these parties do get raided:

"A businessman who raked in more than £130,000 by hiring porn stars and hookers for “sex parties” held in Hackney Wick must repay £15,000 or face nine months in jail.

Patrick Stewart, 44, hosted orgies featuring a bondage area, “porn room” with a wide-screen television and double beds for couples to watch each other have sex and swap partners.

Stewart set up two brothels in Fairfield Road, Bow, and Fun Times in a unit in Queens Yard, White Post Lane, Hackney Wick, in 2007 before recruiting punters Russell Staddon, 55, and Shahid Latif, 37, as “foot soldiers” to run weekly parties.

Southwark Crown Court heard that Staddon and Latif also had sex with the women, who were from South America, Eastern Europe and Britain, as a “perk” of their job.

The orgies were advertised online as “gentlemen’s parties” where the women – all willing participants – were paid £150 for four hours’ work.

In September 2012 undercover police swooped on both addresses, finding 19 clients and numerous scantily-clad women.

On Monday, Stewart was ordered to repay £15,000 within six months during a confiscation hearing at Southwark Crown Court.

The prosecution is not pursuing confiscation proceedings against Staddon or Latif, who were given suspended jail sentences last August.

At the time, Stewart was handed a 14-month sentence suspended for two years and told to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and pay £750 court costs.

Stewart, of Portsmouth; Staddon, of Stevenage, and Latif, of Walthamstow, all admitted conspiracy to control prostitution for gain and money laundering.

Staddon also pleaded guilty to possessing extreme pornography."

You can be a Billion per cent certain that the police know of the existence of LMP (indeeds it's one of the very best things about the great city that is London!), You can also be certain that they know it's being run by genuine sincere people and that the wonderful, beautiful and erotically gifted women who party there are there completely of their own choice!

Two further points, You can bet some police officers at some stage have partied there and that very often the ladies who are always most welcoming are very often as up for it as any punter!

Indeed, it's another superb argument for legalisation!

You'd have to be pretty unlucky to be involved in a raid, 16 parties a week, so around 800 a year...what are the chances of you being there on the day the plod come knocking? Even then, beyond taking your name to eliminate you from enquiries, they won't be interested in you as none of the girls are underage or coerced in that well-managed establishment. The City of Westminster has a long history of tolerance of establishments that don't cause a nuisance or not involved in any other criminality...maybe all those MPs need to get their kicks somewhere!

There were rumours of illegal drug use at GP which may have precipitated the raids there. If you have visited LMP, you will know that they don't tolerate any illegal drug use on the part of the girls or guests.

That makes no difference whatsoever. The police were regular visitors to mke as they came to meet the girls periodically and to speak to them to make sure they were okay yet we were still raided. The police new girls were there of their own accord, knew the girls were treated well and fairly, new it was a professionally run place with zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol unless a client brought a bottle of vino along. They knew I was a nice person and that my maids were too, they likely had been for a visit to us or the other mk establishment for a bonk at some point if they are punters but they still raided us when the order came down from higher up the ladder. Lmp are as likely or unlikely  to be raided as any other place. Legally its a brothel.

I had worked twice only at gentlemen's  parties but I never saw so much as a hint of drug use there. My friend was fiercely anti drugs but worked there for 5 years. No one knows what a girl or a punter are really doing when the pop off to the loo though lets face it.There have been rumours about drug use over the years about many parties. No well known ones are excempt from rumours. Rumours are caused by bored people with a chip on their shoulder. They may be true, they may not be true, who knows x

A party is a brothel and brothels are wholly illegal, and could be raided at any time. A punter would ony being breaking thelaw if a WG/S were proved to have been coerced/forced, trafficked or underage. The WGs also arent brealing the law unless they actively help run the party by answering the phone for example.
