Cancellation Policy

Went for a punt earlier (incall). This agency is usually very reliable but this WG was repulsive!!

I knew as soon as I arrived that it was a non starter, and after about a minute I said, as politely as I could, that I had changed my mind and would give here some cash for her trouble and go.

She was fairly new so called the agency for advice. They said that I had to pay the full amount!!

I could have done a runner but it's not my style, so I grudgingly paid up and left.

Any others have views on this??

Yes I have a strong view on this.

You should not have paid a penny.

Just out of interest..... what did you find so repulsive..... it is quite a strong word.  Did you see photos before you booked?

One very misleading picture on the site. Jet black hair and freckles (she was a natural ginger) do not go well together and she had acne and  a post natal belly. I could go on

Read the small print. If the agency has it written on the website that they have a cancellation fee then you should ask them what it is before you book and what circumstances of cancellation cause a fee to be required. If not then really why should you pay, if you se cancelling because of a good reason then fair enough but if you are cancelling because of something silly then you should give the girl something at least as it's not fair on her.

It was always £50 when I did agency outcalls although it was split between the agency and the driver and the girl got none of it which stank but to ask for the whole fee is extreme IMO x

cancellation fee is 50 pound but if the girl charges 500 pounds for the hour the cancellation fee would be 100. x kate x

Dear Pontiff, in the bible which you must have read a few times, there is a quote about shaking off the dust from your sandals. It is a hard call, but if you paid up then the agency should be struck off your list.

If she was the girl in the pictures from which you chose then I feel you are bound to pay. If you selected another girl and they have foisted this girl on you then that is their problem and you should take your leave.

500 per hour !!!!! I'm looking to get fucked, not get fucked over :D.

If I felt that the fault was mine, I would willingly pay a cancellation fee. However, if the agency has misrepresented the lady or her behaviour is objectionable, then I think it unreasonable in the extreme to ask for one.

The trouble is, many of the judgement calls required are subjective, hence disagreements about when a cancellation fee is due result.

If it wasn't the girl you booked I don't see why you should pay a cancellation fee, it's the agencies fault, not yours.

If a client booked a girl and that same girl greeted him and he then changed his mind for some reason he should pay a cancellation fee . if like the gentleman said above the girl wasn't the same girl as the girl in the pictures well then he shouldn't pay a penny he should just leave. . kate x

If you change your served order in a restaurant you might be expected to pay but If you order steak and get chicken you wouldn't.  Since it's the agency that's at fault it's hard to blame the lady for her appearance and in those circumstances most of us just want to get the hell out, safely with the minimum of fuss. Sometimes that judgment call means paying but for that subscription the agency earns the right to be ID'd.

Injustice works on both sides of the coin.  You should have told the girl you were waiting for the girl you requested and sent her on her way.  Then you should have called the agency and asked is the girl coming yet..........

And now you ashould name and shame so other punters do not make the same mistake, and if money changed hands then a negative field report to the same

Even if it is the lady in the pictures if she is indiscreet outside your house or comes in and is off her face, high, rude or acting in a dubious manner such as to display nutter characteristics then I would say thats grounds for immediate cancellation with no fee paid. Just calling someone for a booking though and the lady in the pictures turns up looking just as she is in her pictures but "isn't quite what you expected" is grounds for her to collect a cancellation fee, after all, we can't control someones imagination going into overdrive and imagining a goddess arriving when we are just mere mortals.

I guess you are a very nice guy, lots of guys would have simply left without paying and then have a conversation with the agency.
