Reality.

6 posts in this topic

We can all stick our heads in the sand and ignore the 'potential changes ' the reality is the police only need to log onto punternet ,read reviews etc and they have all the info needed to choose which parlour agency to hit. as said elsewhere it is our choice ,get caught and sex offenders register here we come. Indies likely to be ignored.

A lady on another board put it very well when she said in a way it is the internets fault ,too much info is not always a good thing. we have all read the reviews comments saying she did not speak a lot of english etc ,we can in our minds block out the reality.

Yes natasha of something stan could have woken up one morning and decided to go to england to be a prostitute it is posible but unlikely.reality someone somwhere controls her or her familly.we think good attitude to her work and cheap so off we go.

It is that sort of info that gives HH the reason to do this.

So law changes we still post the info and give it to them on a plate.

Already she/police can read some of the potential answers to change in law . 'nice one '

It is indeed a double-edged sword, but I for one prefer the camel to be inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in.

What about the girls from countries like Poland who can enter the country legally because they have a European Union passport, should we also avoid them and just use Tracy and Sharon from Essex.:confused:

Don't hold your breath waiting to see the first punter get prosecuted, far easier to nick motorists.

As long as we also take account of the reality that just "being foreign" doesn't automatically mean you are trafficked, coerced or bonded.

Take Lily from Hong Kong who is a junior manager in a restaurant in Chinatown but has chosen this work for a while to help pay for a trip back home.

Or Yoko from Japan who is on a two-year design course in Manchester but has chosen to work in London once a month to help with her tuition fees.

Or Ruby from Taiwan who heard from a friend that there was good money to be made here and made the trip at her own expense.

"The stories you have heard are true; only the names have been changed to protect the innocent."

But that's the great boon of the word "trafficked". Legally, it does automatically mean that you are trafficked (if you work in a brothel, for example). But say "trafficking" to J. Public and they hear "sex slavery".
