Wgs On Social Media

21 posts in this topic

I know some WGs use twitter, but do any use facebook, instagram...others...and do any men admit openly follow them with their real id or fake ones?   Do WG's accept bookings via those platforms or do they prefer it from their website/aw profile/other?

I have Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Snapchat.

And I've had a couple men on each of these social network platforms try and book me. Either they've found some of the pictures I have on AW on one of those sites or they have recognised me.

I have taken bookings via my escort Twitter but I have always asked these guys to message ME through Adultwork. My Facebook Instagram and snapchat are all my personal things I use so when clients or potential clients have the cheek to add me they get an instant block and blacklist.

It's not right to be searching for a WGs personal details and openly follow her on her personal social network sites. I had a stalker for two years who did just this and used to sit outside my college and text me what I was wearing, really really creepy.

I've had men use fake profiles to book me which hide their identity but also guys inbox me on say Facebook using their personal profile where I can see pictures of their wife and kids! Some people just don't understand discretion or care.

So now I take things like this very seriously. :)

I am not on any of the above.......

far too time consuming I would think... and probably addictive too.

I follow one WG that I know on Twitter, she'd previously given me her mobile number and we exchange texts from time to time, so I think that's acceptable.

I also follow a couple of the agencies, which is useful for updates on new girls etc.

Maybe I shouldn't use my personal profile for this, but I've got to the point where I don't really care... I'm not married, so it's not like I've got something to hide.

I used to be friends with another WG on facebook for a while, but only at her invitation... I wouldn't go seeking out someone's personal page unless they'd we'd talked about it and they were comfortable with being friends on social media.

I assume the OP meant any wg's having 'working' social media accounts..

One wg I know wrote on her blog she was starting a Twitter account and invited people to look so I had a quick nose out of curiosity. I don't have a twitter account but she'd made it public anyway. There were 3 posts, obviously by clients - one of whom called her by her real name. The same poster was obviously posting from a personal account, as there were family / holiday pictures viewable. WTF is the matter with these people? The wg's twitter page was gone after a couple of days, probably having had second thoughts at seeing some twerp had posted her real name...

There's a wg I know very well who's told me she's on Facebook, and I know her real name. She's never said I can't but there's no way I'd ever look on there as I said I wouldn't and I'd feel it was a betrayal of the trust she's shown in me. Especially as I guess I'd have to create a Facebook account to find her, which to me would be beyond weird. We keep in touch by email anyway, so if she has anything to tell me she can do so via that.

I genuinely think social media and trying to keep a secret identity don't fit too well together. Of course that's up to the individuals concerned, hopefully having considered the almost inevitability that someone, somewhere will screw up somewhere along the line either accidentally or on purpose!

I follow several WG's on twitter as part of my photography business, but to keep things separate it isn't linked to any of my personal accounts. I would only book a WG personally for a punt via their website or AW if they're on there and depending on the girl, I wouldn't necessarily let them know i'm a photographer either.

Only Twitter for me - and I get the odd contact through it yes. I made a deliberate decision to have a non-smart work phone because of the way everything gets linked. At some point I may buy a separate laptop or Mac, but at the moment I use one browser for all my escorting stuff, and another for personal social media - and fingers crossed, never the twain shall meet!

The only places that I 'follow' ladies are on the Boards, or their blogs if updated. And it's few that I 'follow'. I have so far resisted invitations to join Facebook, Twatter, LinkedIn etc, and intend continuing resistance until direct contact with folk, phones, letters and emails bite the dust.

Same here, on none of the above.

Enough that I started playing CandyCrushSaga last year and quickly reached Level 70.  Ever since I keep going back once in a while to see if I can break it to a higher level without paying........... is a kind of an addiction.  Although I doubt they will let me pass without paying.   :D

Candy Crush is the spawn of the devil and worse that cigs to give up.

I cannot understand for the life of me the popularity of twitter and Facebook. Since I do not know who is on either or care,  I lead a solitary but happy life. Fortunately there are these really odd real life humans walking around who do marvellous conversations and never ever say "lol" or ask "asl"

Yeah, agreed twatter n farcebook aren't for everyone. I left my personal facebook a while ago - just got to a point where people were posting up stuff that i didn't want to see - including socio-religious/political propaganda in my timeline. I still use FB for my business pages for marketing purposes though.

I think twatter's generally quite good for marketing/branding - mainly celebs or big businesses. I've noticed quite a few porn stars are on there too, with a generous following. Even Sahara Knite is on it...who was last seen in rather naughty lesbian scenes in Game Of Thrones a few seasons back. I think she's offering very expensive handjobs on AW at the mo too. lol

I do have a twitter account and find it quite a fun way to pass the time when stuck in traffic or looking at naughty pictures when i am feeling horny but am still not completely sure what the sole purpose of it is but I know a lot of my clients check my twitter page.

Many men are what I call "lurkers" and a few know more about what I am up to than I do so I guess it is a good tool to use for advertising but I think it's more of a guilty pleasure.

I have a work twitter account and it's brought me a few new clients as well as current clients as followers. It kind of works as a marketing tool, but certainly not essential to an escort. I have on occasion had clients say things like Oh I saw that pic you tweeted and it made me want to come and see you- so yes as a reminder of your existence it can work, It has also led men to my blog- when I blog it tweets out a link and if it gets retweeted by say a fellow escort it can increase its reach and maybe get you new clients or at least followers or fans.

I forget sometimes the random crap I sometimes tweet and get surprised when a client says Oh I see you were at such and such or some other comment relating to what I have been whinging/laughing about and think How does he know?! until he reminds me I tweeted about it,

I think it can work in the way a blog does to express personality, opinions and values which some potential clients find as attractive as looks or tits!

On another note, I have recently been doing some non sex work work and have discovered Twitter is in fact a really good marketing tool and that many companies and individuals use as a serious networking tool and a way of updating people on relevant news regarding their business. i was genuinely surprised how seriously the company I am working for takes tweeting as part of their marketing, advertising and informing.

The thing to remember is social media is a good marketing tool,  but if you are not very careful it is very insecure. Twitter not so bad, facebook is really insecure.  You just need to make sure your naughty accounts dont get linked to your civilian stuff.

Well obviously!

I don't have a personal twitter and I don't have anything connected to sex work on my facebook. Having separate emails makes it easier and only have one account of each prevents accidentally posting inappropriate things in error on either account.

If I am expected to have a non sex work work twitter then I will drop my Lydia twitter because it's so easy to tweet something quickly from phone and be on the wrong account. Not worth the risk.

I have a twitter account, It's quite good and fun and I can upload quick un-airbrushed selfies on my phone of me. It's quick and easy to do this compared to logging into aw and do it on my website interface and I can just snap on the go on my phone.  It's open / public so if someone wants to look and not follow that is possible. In my personal life i don't use social media at all. My Lia twitter is enough!

Have to say that I'm very impressed with the Twitter accounts of yourself, Sofia, Exotic Sabrina, Helena Hart and Annabellas (MK) to name a few...and if I'm honest much prefer the candid selfies of each of those sites to those of a more professional nature (but thats another topic lol)...

It's a very good example of peeps using social media as a very positive marketing tool...

Ps: forget shoes and handbags...a lady can ever have enough pics on her site !!! :-P
