Hod - Booking Wrong Time

I made a booking for Bianca on Friday, I arrived to find the wrong time had been put in their diary. I was offered to have a booking later on when she is free. However I had plans. This sort of thing does the annoy me because of the fact you have to spend time/money to get there for booking.

Yes indeed. This has happened to me on a few occasions. I no longer use them as I have done in the past as I have found that some reception staff can be quite unhelpful, verging on almost rude.

Recently a colleague of mine told me about his experience with them so it seems that you're not the only disgruntled customer.

He was also annoyed and no longer uses them.

How does this even warrant a thread? Seems quite reasonable that you were offered a later slot - hardly HoD's fault you couldn't change your plans.

I've had far worse service experiences, shocking even but dusted myself down and moved on without bitching.

Shit happens - get over it!

Strange, really, as they require (or have things changed?) a text message confirming on the day. That should sort out any clerical errors.

I never had any problems with bookings as i used to book few days in advance & confirm on the day and i always saw the girl i booked .

Have you complained to the management themselves ? If not I would suggest you email them directly.

+1 - human beings make mistakes. If they don't address the complaint, then by all means make that public.

Clearly a gap in the market for an Escorting Ombudsman - I'd consider the role if I could take my work home with me to settle disputes.
