The Daily Politics show , BBC's main political show hosted by Andrew Neil , had Terry Pratchett ,the author , on yesterday saying the Governement policy was wrong and misguided. He was supported by the 2 other guests, Ken Clarke and Charles Clarke who are senior Tory and Labour politicians. His view was that it was pointless targetting prostitution what you need to do is target drug suppliers

There was also a very good article in the Independent.

We are winning the argument but of course we have to win the battle in the house of Commons and the Lords which is why we need a good lobbying group which thankfully we have in the IUSW and of course the ECP (English collective of prostitutes).

There is a positive buzz at the moment among sex workers which is very positive. I hope at last that sex workers are realising that they are entitled to the same rights and expectations of everyone else. I certainly hope so.
