Why has The Swedish Model of Sex Worker Abuse Never Been Challenged In The European Court of Human Rights?

4 posts in this topic

Laura Lee's case against The Northern Irish version of this insanity is being challenged in the Belfast High Court, Tomorrow, for its initial hearing. It may ultimately end up in The European Court of human rights.

A similar law is likely to be in force, although even more severe, in The Republic before the end of the year and it will inevitably face a legal challenge, which again could go all the way to Europe!

Why AFAIK, has The Swedish Model of the insanity never been legally challenged at least at European Level.

What I find strange is how come it hasn't made any in roads in Germany?

Well there are radickal sex worker hating and man hating rad fems on the march there and loads of Fake Socialists. However the sex business is a huge revenue genrator in taxes there and there is a strong ethos regarding people minding their own business and a live and let live attitude in Germany!

Though that said the laws regarding sex work are changing in certain respects from July 1, 2017, including the banning of OWO, registration and counselling for sex workers and AFAIK strong restrictions/abolitions of gang bang clubs, sex parties and flatrate sex clubs!

I would assume because the vast majority of sex workers rights groups haven't the funds to pursue what would surely be a very drawn out and costly legal challenge, moreover one that they might not win
