Did any guy here visit her during her Belle de Jour days ?

Or does any girl know her ?

Here is another interview this time in New Scientist magazine, at least she presents a very different profile to how HH and many others see Wgs.

Brooke Magnanti

At least the "Morals Police" have lined up their troops to destroy her faster this time.

I cannot believe the ignorance of some of the comments made after that article. It just goes to show that you cannot educate pork (And they are pig ignorant!).

As regards the total knobs who attack her looks, I wonder if they are any oil paintings themselves? I think she is very attractive (Note not beautiful, some people are very beautiful and have no attractiveness) and I would have paid for the opportunity given a chance.

Way to go Brooke and nils illigitamus carborundum.

It was nice to see on the whole people supported her and the "moralists" got stiffed.

You've got to love some of those comments.

Apparently, there's no reason why a clever girl like Brooke couldn't have married for money and in one chap's opinion, divorced for it as well.

*le sigh*

Not that I know anything about it, but is it considered to be immoral to marry/divorce for money?

I would've thought so, but the New Scientist readers have put me right.

Isn't it strange how going through arcane rituals and the signing of a register etc. can make the movement of money from wallet to purse, moral. But without them it is immoral, I'll never understand it.

I'd like to see an example of that, should be interesting since beauty always attracts and therefore it must follow that those who have beauty must be attractive.

Though, not all those who are attractive necessarily have beauty. Savvy?

I love it when you speak to us in French though

Funny isn't it, if she'd married a rich Arab and later killed him to profit from the will, she'd have done her "life sentence" and in due course come back into society with the general consensus being "She's done her time."

Instead, she chose to fund her very worthwhile studies by escorting and will until the day she dies, be known in the minds of some "good" people as "that prostitute." ( With appropriate sneer attached )

There is something far, far wrong with the moral standards in our society.

There was me worried that I have no followers on Twitter and it appears I have my very own fan waiting on my every utterance!

Initially you are in fact correct as initially people see beauty and are attracted to it, however a lot of beautiful people are shallow, petulant, selfish, cruel and bitchy, none of those traits (There's the french for you! ) are attractive.

A lot of people find Posh Spice beautiful but a significant number of them, me included, do not find her in the least attractive.

I trust that assists comprehension?

There certainly is LL...

You will love this book, people.

Please read 'Whores in History' by Nickie Roberts. Early 90's. Sure find on Amazon? Eleanor Aston gave me this copy as a present.

The origins of the 'double standard' and tells of this absurd notion from the cave to present day.

A brilliant brilliant book!

Have just ordered a copy from Amazon. :(

Won't get it for another week or so, though...

(Gosh, aren't there lots of people out there who know lots about WG-ing? :D )

Yes, their search facility seems to be us at present doesn't it?

I tried to find out who had nicked my name and it said no-one of that name and so I tried to register with Ghenghis and it said "already a user of that name" DOH!

On both now but on PunterTwit as Ghenghis thanks to Adderz

Ah but you were not referring to her personality traits, you criticized those who attacked her looks.

Sarcasm and a condescending disdainful manner are also not the most appealing of traits yet you seem to be doing just dandy.:)

However, I do agree that many beautiful people do possess some of these less than desirable qualities which can detract from their attractiveness depending on your standpoint (perhaps beauty affords such a luxury in the presence of mere mortals). Though you would have to know the person before you could infer that without prejudice and that includes Victoria Beckham.:)

Au contraire (As I know you just love it) try reading what I actually wrote without the blinkers of preconception and you will find I made the distinction between beauty and attractiveness. You asked for an example, I gave it and so you changed tack.

Likewise your nitpicking but as you are such a pleasant stalker you are forgiven.:D

Exactly, I am glad we agree on one thing at least, and in Brooke's case her TV appearances and writing since being revealed have allowed me to form an impression of her atractiveness.

You seem to be happy enough with your delusion so I'm happy enough to let you.
