Paying for extras at HoD

23 posts in this topic

I can't speak for this establishment but I would have thought it would be discretionary, hygiene and trust permitting etc.

Surely it's better to contact them directly rather than submit a new thread? :)

I understand it being entirely at discretion, but I thought the only extra at HoD was for A :)

Why? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to know.

"Why? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to know. "

Well then I'm sure they could ask them too.

Jeez, businesses change their pricing structures all the time - it's a fact of life. I don't know what gives consumers the right to think that things should stay static all the time. Anyway, I don't want to get drawn into an argument, and as I say I certainly don't speak for HOD, but it annoys me when people complain when companies change their terms in any way, if folk don't like it then shop somewhere else. :)

The only extra Ive ever heard about being charged extra for is Anal (which is girls discretion too as its a specialist service) everything else is all inclusive (With usual discretions)

The FR is strange. Ive seen Paige and she herself said she doesnt charge for extras.

In the four months I have been visiting HOD/Annabella's. RO, OWO, CIM etc have all been included in the 90 and 120 minute appointments.

Surely the OP isn't suggesting that businesses don't or shouldn't change their pricing structures? I didn't see the OP complain either...did I miss something?

What's wrong with discussing pricing / charging structures on this forum? (ideal place for it I would've thought?).

tedmcted and the 'others' that would like to know.

The policy at House of Divine is that the service we offer is fully exclusive. The only exceptions are Anal and in the case of Maddison, photography and filming.

Paige did indeed charge extra on this occasion and was spoken to by your sincerely about this. Having spent sometime at another agency where charging for such things was the norm she perhaps thought she'd try it on. She was left in no uncertain terms that if she charged for extras again at House of Divine she would be seeking employment once more at these other agencies. She is working next Friday so one would presume she has taken heed to this advice.

I hope this has cleared up this matter and put all your minds at ease.

Well,

1. As far as I know, there are no changes to the pricing structure. And a single FR isnt proving that there is one. (I punted there today and I wasnt charged extra for anything. )

2. Discussing a businesses pricing structure when we dont know whether its has changed or not is just speculating. What would discusing it do when theres nothing to discuss?

DMK did you not mean "inclusive" surely?

Well, it's lifted a weight off my mind that wasn't on there anyway. Haven't even been to MK.

PS shouldn't that be inclusive (I hope L4£ doesn't accuse me of being pedantic). Just wondering

Jack

I'm glad to see HOD has transparent pricing. It's so much better than haggling with a hard-on.

The lady concerned (I read the report also) is worth every penny:D, and would command a much greater price as an indie.

However considering the 'House' rules, management are quite right to have a 'chat' about this.

It would be a great disappointment if they parted company again:( from a punters point of view!

As the lady concerned is no longer on the rota does that mean she shall not be available in future:(

Very upsetting really

One of the best agencies not just in the uk ,but from my top list for punting around the world .

I am sorry if someone thought ,that a remark i made a while ago in a jest ,was taken in a different context ..

Hope HOD keep their pricing system for a while to come .

It's been the same for 6 years! Good value considering the rise in cost of living etc.

Overworked, is there any particular reason you quoted me when making your two points?

I was merely pointing out that unless I missed something, the OP wasn't complaining about anything, and that I thought that this forum was the ideal place to discuss pricing / charging structures (contrary to what Kenobi seemed to think (and yourself possibly?)).

Not really sure what your two points have to do with what I said? Am I missing something?

However, in response to your second point, and in answer to your question, by the OP starting this thread, it has enabled HOD to clarify the whole situation which is surely good for everyone? I for one had thought that HOD had done away with charging 'extras' (other than for A) and was concerned at seeing the FR.

Also, I don't really see that much speculation going on, just questions asked, and questions answered. A great example of a really useful internet forum, surely?

Is there any reason why we shouldn't discuss a businesses pricing structure here? After all, it seems very relevant to the subject matter, and HOD are completely open and transparent about their pricing (which again, seems to work well for everyone). I presume it's within the rules?

I'm not trying to be confrontational, but I just don't understand why some people don't seem to want discussion when that is the whole point of the forum.

If you want to ask me a question directly you can PM me. :)

The thread wasnt about businesses pricing structure, it was specifically about whether Hod are now charging for extras. As Ive seen from other threads, most punters dont like suddenly being asked to pay for extras when they already paid for the time. And so may look elsewhere if a place started charging them (or they think that they have started charging for them).

So how many potential customers who have now seen this thread (and the FR) and now gone away thinking (wrongly!) that Hod charge for extras and now not going to visit?

So how many customers and money could any of the girls at Divine have now lost because of it.

As you say above you were concerned at seeing the FR, why? If Hod started charging for extras, would that stop you visiting? Im sure a few others of the "I dont pay more than 120 an hour" crowd might look else.

My point was that no one but DivineMK knew the answer at the time, no one seemed to be bothered asking them and instead publicly asked the question in a thread marked "Paying for Extras at Hod". But whats the point of discusing or speculating about something till we know, especially when it may be potential harmful to the business.

The right course of action would be to ask Hod direct and then post on here if they feel that others might like to know. Not ask everyone but hod what they think, when no-one of knew for sure.
