"It found most women admit to violent mood swings at certain times of the month, with 35% of those aged 35 to 44 saying they felt violent tendencies towards themselves or someone else during their period....

''The survey results indicate that there are issues that are just not being talked about and women are suffering in silence - PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and its mental impact being just one case in point. "

Personally I blame PMS, men saffer from it too, that is they suffer when their other half has it! In fact given the paragraph about violence Id say they suffer from it more. I like Barbar Gibbons quote 'Women's health has never been such a hot topic." I can't think of a time when it hasn't been a hot topic, all women are hypochondriacs in my experince

You know what I reckon the article doesn't just explain why prostitution exists, but also it explains the behaviour of Harriet, Vera and Julie. I would say they are suffering form frustration at no sex, and permanent PMS, amongst various other things. Be honest girls you'd be as crabby as them if you never got any and always had PMS.

Quarter of over-35 women "never have sex"

So what are guys meant to do?

(Other than help out a bit more with the domestic stuff...  )

All the women I've ever known (including myself here) who have gone for X amount of time with no sex has been due to the fact their man has gone off it, can't perform, isn't around often, can't be bothered etc.

And I know *I* have violent mood swings if I don't get my sex regularly! :D

Mrs Akan maintained interest for 16yrs over this.

But, yes, the diminishing interest was what set me off dabbling in the hobby and the shut down guaranteed my continuing.

Bloody hell, you should introduce them to BBWClaire, she'd have that up to 100% of women all through the month in three shakes of a tampon.

Epoch Times - the "about us" is remarkably anodyne.

Who is the finance?

According to the survey, the highest figure in the country for women who never make love is for Scotland at 38%. Scotland is also that part of Britain which is most in favour of persecuting punters (65%). ( BBC survey - Figure not split between genders but probably fairly even judging from the figures for the country as a whole.)

Perhaps this is just coincidence. But perhaps there is a common cause - religious heritage maybe?? Maybe not?? Whatever, there seems to be something seriously wrong up there as I don't believe that sexual deprivation is either natural or healthy.

Makes me wonder whether or not a significant percentage of those politicians who are pressing for criminalisation have Scottish backgrounds.

P.S. I am not an anti-Scottish racist or against any religion, just someone who is intrigued by coincidences.

This is presumably how Al Qaeda get their 72 virgins per martyr, and why they tried to start terrorism in Scotland.

Ladies, do you want to end up betrothed to a martyr? Don't risk it, so lose it here while you have a choice of partner.

Hmmm ... not far from the truth there. Maybe familiarity breeds contempt.

It's in the Daily mail as well, some of the readers comments are hillarious, one bloke from glasgow said he went out and did his own survey in his area and wasnt surprised that they weren't getting any sex as most of them looked like they were on a haloween night out, or words to that effect.

What you mean is they blamed the man for no sex. That's quite unlikely in a general sense. Although it takes two, the woman quite often has to 'indicate she is interested' and if she doesn't, no action.

Can't perform is caused by lack of sex, unless alcohol is involved

Even if all women did have sex with their partners on a regular basis prostitution would still be here.

With a partner i receive love and an emotional bond, with a WG i receive sex, sometimes punters just want the sex with no strings, others might receive sex at home but want to experience sexual things that their partner is not into, S&M, Watersports for example.

Personally i know i cannot and do not want to be faithful to one lady however good our relationship is, i like variety and in my case group sex as well. IMO punting for the purposes of receiving just sex is better than having an affair that could involve an emotional bond forming.

Cant perform could be due to various reasons other than lack of sex, erectile dysfunction, some illegal drugs, some prescription drugs and stress for example.

No, generally it was a case of the man really not being interested (for one reason or another). One of my friends took to regularly parading around in her sexy undies, but her fella was so surgically attached to his TV remote that she eventually gave up. Another friend gave up trying to seduce her man after 2 years (obviously not constantly) of what she felt was "rejection" from her husband. They're just 2 examples, but you get my drift.

So needing to be prescribed a drug by your GP to help you with a health problem is caused by lack of sex, i think not.
