I've wondered about this too. As an Indi, how does a girl avoid the neighbours finding out?

It's probably not too hard if you're in an apartment, but if you live in a normal house on a quiet street, how would you explain all your male visitors? Say you're a hairdresser?

I use an apartment just for work, I've hardly seen any neighbours in 3 years, that's just the way I like it.

When I first started I used my own home once, but was really uncomfortable about it so never did it again. I much prefer to work a distance from home so my neighbours have no idea what I do

I've got to admit I have been looking for other premises to work by and hopefully have found an alternative. Luckily in the mean time I am able not to work every day and have had a few things being done to the house so was going to use the excuse of having quotes done etc. The only problem is I can't keep my mouth shut when I orgasm and I just know they would have heard next door!

Fingers crossed they will have thought I was in pain or something lol.

It depends how smart the girl is, the smart ones select the property they work from with the potential problem of neighbours etc in mind, and as such will work from ground / first floor flats in multi tennanted blocks, or end of terrace property with side entrance, or a flat above commercial premises that can be approached from a rear alley.

But despite these efforts girls get "found out" and have to move on.

Other girls just simply work from their council accomodation and hope no one notices (or complains)

The majority of punts non-parlour I've had in Edinburgh and Glasgow have been in Council flats. Intriguing that Glasgow which gets so self-righteous about the sex-industry actually supports it!

Lots of ladies work from home and guess they know how to deal with neighbour situation. Though had to laugh :) yesterday when the local MK paper quoted that "young girls are selling themselves as prostitues from their own homes on sleazy internet sites, and brothels are all hiding behind the name of massage parlours or escort agencies".

Many respectable ladies work from the other site..where do these newspapers get their mis-information from, do they just make it up?;):D

Based on the wisdom of elder women ( okay my mum and her mates) nothing gets past neighbours for long. Probably most are a lot more tolerant than you give the credit for

I saw a new WG recently at her home on an estate and she admitted she was terrified her neighbours would learn what she did

mind you her house was in an end of a small cul de sac with properties all around and being council I bet they all new anyway

The bloke two doors down mowing his lawn smiled as I went by anyway....

The lovely Shannelle had a wonderful way of dealing with this problem.

She used to give you a piece of paper in an envelope as you left the house.

She was upfront that she worked from home, but gave the impression to the neighbours that she was some sort of financial advisor.
