Warsaw, Krakow, Prague or Budapest?

17 posts in this topic

Having become confused by all the conflicting opinions about Thailand and Thai women from the experts on the 'Going to Pattaya' thread, I am considering staying closer to home for my autumn punting holiday this year. I have never been to Poland but have been to both Prague and Budapest several times (many years ago) and recently have become reminded of just how beautiful the young women from the latter two countries can be. But where to go? I have scanned the ISG and WSA websites but 'too much information', mostly exchanged by guys who seem to know each other and/or assume that the reader has a fair amount of background info. Same thing happens here (see the Pattaya thread) but at least I have some insight into the people who post on the Punternet forums.

SO, how would you rate the above cities for punting? Availability, venues/sources, prices, enthusiasm of the providers, attitudes toward older punters and anything else you think might help me decide. Especially helpful would be any comparisons BETWEEN cities, where you have experience with more than one. It's always nice to hear from the young studs here but comments from over 50s-types probably would be more pertinent to my own situation. The best entry gets a PM with the name of the Hungarian lovely in Walthamstow (Bacchus is barred from this competition).

I think I know about the "Hungarian lovely" you speak of (so she's good is she?) so my response is out of a sense of fellowship rather than a competition entry. How seriously, you take it, will of course depend on your insight into me  Also, I'm not in the preferred age bracket but hopefully there is something in the following you can use.

My experience so far, only relates to Krakow. Beautiful city and the seat of the Polish national identity. If you go there, stay in an apartment - cheaper and better than a hotel. Funnily enough, my next door neighbour there was a "Night Club". This is how the Polish refer to brothels ("discoteque" is their equivalent of our Night Club and some of them are happy hunting grounds). These are basically strip joints with a lot more going on. The girls working in these are not usually Polish but Ukranians, Romanians etc. The Poles usually head across the border to work in the German FKKs. This constitutes one half of the scene.

The other half is the private flats and the girls in them advertise on a couple of well-known websites. As with Poland in general, the more Polish you speak, the more you will enjoy - English is not widely spoken there. If you visit flats, you should also be aware that the addresses are exact mirror images of how we write addresses.

For the sensual massage enthusiast, and surprisingly given what we are used to in London, there is no sensual massage scene to speak of. It's either physiotherapy or it is sex.

Krakow is the premier university town in Poland and during term time, the place is awash young, fit girls. Charming them with some basic Polish and then switching to English, certainly worked for me.

Better than good!:P

I appreciate your in-put and hope that it will stimulate more from others, especially the over-50s. This concern is a non-starter in Asia, especially Thailand, but I am still trying to 'get comfortable' with EE WGs. I had several very disappointing experiences with the first wave that hit our shores about ten years ago but have had several delightful surprises recently. I'm not bothered about any beautiful woman's country of origin, racial or religious background but the tendency of many western young women to simply look right through men over 40 without even seeing them tends to make grey panthers growl. Fortunately, the London punting scene has become a testimonial to globalisation in recent years!:)

I can only speak about one country with authority and that is Hungary. To narrow it down even further, Budapest. I am 53 (your preferred age range) and I was there some time ago on business and believe me the scene there is good. I was staying in a hotel overlooking the Danube and you get an amazing range of girls come in the hotel every evening. You don't even have to take the numbers with you. The girls are there, they are all good looking and they dress well AND speak english well. All you need to do is wander into the bar after dinner and survey the scene. Its just like picking up a girl in a club. You smile at them, they smile at you, you buy them a drink and off you go. Most of the girls that work the hotels there are gypsies from out of town and they have that amazing hint of wildness in their eyes. The hotels seem to turn a blind eyeto the goings on (maybe they get a cut from the ladies, I don't know) and everything is very safe. I was there for two weeks and had five different ladies in that time (I had to work sometime!!) and all were exceptional in their looks and attitude. A 110% great time for me.

If you do go, try to stay in the Hilton on the Danube. It's not much more expensive than the other hotels in the area and has great views. I even got a bonus on waking up three times that I was there - they were doing a shoot for a porn mag on the banks of the Danube outside the hotel at 6 in the morning - just the thing to start the day .

I remember posting a similar question here more than a year ago ,re where to go (Thailand or the Philippines ???)....

The overwhelming advice that i got was to head to Thailand ,and i am glad i did ,after an absence of nearly 20 years .

Now ,re your question .

I did Prague / Budapest and Warsaw so many times in my twenties ,that i forgot how many times i have been there .

I stopped going there when the wall came down.

I started going back to poland when it joined the EU ,and Ryanair started flying there albiet to some places i never heard of before .

Now i am slightly shy of hitting 50 and my info on the above 3 cities are 20 years old and no longer valid .

But i had very good experience with SZCEZCIN,Krakow ,Lodz and Wroclaw .

I follow the scene in Eastern Europe on a regular basis ,and it really depends when was the last time you were in Prague or Budapest ???

If its been some time ..i would suggest you hit both first ,since both cities are close enough to do by train or plane .

If you want to do poland first ,then i would do both Warsaw and Krakow ,and again both are served by a very good train service .

I have a couple of good tips for you in Krakow ,should you decide on that city .

The bigger the city ,the better it would be suited for the more mature punter .

 I haven't given up on Thailand - I'll be going back there and to Burma for four weeks in late January - but I am starting to get the occasional raised eyebrow when I mention that I am off to LOS yet again.

I haven't been to Budapest since 1993 and it's been over five years since I last was in Prague. And I've had a brief of good luck with young Polish indies here, so I figured why not venture less far east in October. I'll only have two weeks, Prague and Budapest both have three opera houses and I suspect Warsaw and Krakow both have at least one, as well, so I haven't checked.

I'd be happy to have any tips on Krakow, which strikes me as being more interesting than Warsaw for tourism. I obviously seek companionship of someone who speaks English reasonably well.;)

I was all set and ready to head to Thailand and Burma with my companions ,late April ,May ,when the plan came to a

halt with the Curfews and the fighting in Bankok .

I thought i had the perfect plan £380 return flight to Bangkok ,with an option of £100 ,for 2 stopovers .

A 2 room family suite on SOI 11 for BHT 2800 inclusive of buffet breakfast ..

I get raised Eyebrows and on occasions raised voices, when i a mention i am off for a few days to Poland ,and now my new punting location ,Keiv.

If you have 2 weeks in Oct ,then you can do few days in each city ,and go down memory lane in Budapest ,which is tops for local food and wine .

A useful site for you www.inyourpocket.com

Krakow does have an opera house ,but i think it would be boring to stay there for more than 3 or 4 days max .

Sent you a PM .

I owe it to you for my good luck with polish girls here .

You replied to my complete newbie question, when i first joined the board .

RE the name of the other site ???? The site that can't speak its name ... came your reply .I thanked you in broken polish although,i still couldn't figure out the actual name .

Now i am learning the ropes here ,there is less need and urge for me to punt in Poland .

I have to mention here that in Poland, Age and colour ,would be an issue with a lot of young Polish WGS to be seen in public with older punters or menof colour . .

It's funny - the aging punter walking down the street arm-in-arm with an EE girl in London would cause less comment than doing so in her home country, while the same guy would cause little comment in the company of an oriental girl in her home country but would stand out here. For the under-40s, I don't think it matters much, one way or the other.:D

I've been to Krakow and it was terrible for punting. It cost 250 local (£50) for an hour - although you'll be lucky if they don't nudge you along to get out quicker. it's a 1 shot deal!

the girls don't approach you, you approach them. many won't speak to you at all. i found the attitude to be terrible. many of the girls would sit there and chat to their mates than take work. even when you found one that did go with you, the service was exceptionally poor. one of my friends had money stolen from his wallet in the room, while he was in the shower.

i really wouldn't rush back in a hurry. however, if you go the 'discotechs' you can pull a student or local girl quite easily. it's difficult getting them into your hotel though, so staying in an apartment is better.

Prague on the other hand is a punting paradise - although the costs have gone up dramatically recently. The old favourite of Sex Park is amazing. When I went last year it cost 100Krona (£3ish) entry and 1000Krona (£30ish) per half hour for the girls. the prices are fixed and the service is very good. the place has about 30 rooms, one for each girl. you go there, chat to the girl, get on with it. nearly all of them are friendly and attractive. many of them are Czech girls, but there are also girls from Slovenia, Slovakia etc there. Some speak English, some don't but you don't need to worry too much. the service is standard - covered BJ + sex. Anal is up to the girl - as is the rate for it, most don't offer it. anything is pretty much off the radar. that said, i had a great time!

the other options in Prague are the clubs - which are quite steep or outcalls to hotels. this is cheaper and better service. you can get owo and other services from the outcall girls.

I would rate Poland very low in the punting tables, as although there are cracking girls around its really difficult to get a good service and very easy to get a poor one.

The other two places, while I have punted in each city only once, it was quite easy to find what I wanted and had excellent service and encounters each time. I'm talking about indies I chose and contacted, though the pick-up way was easily possible in both cities.

Personally I never hear anything good about clubs and what you read on ISG and other sites simply makes me laugh - guys boasting about paying 400

Anybody got any information/experience regarding Brno? I shall be there later this year, and would really appreciate any advice.

Thanks.

I agree with you about show park.

I have read online about other 'privates' where you can get much better services for similar price eg..daty, dfk, bbbj etc.....however I am not so sure of the quality of the girls. As IMO show park always has guaranteed 7-9's.

I'd be interested to go back to Prague to try out the privates but it also seems a bit off a hassle compared to the SP and pot luck with what you'll get?

How much are these outcalls and where do you get info/pics of the girls? how is it done? via Phone speaking English?

no idea about the punting scene, but 5 star hotels are very cheap esp. on weekends, they've built way too many. So perfect for an outcall to a nice place.
