Which ladies feel the same way as I do??

44 posts in this topic

I bet I am not the only lady thinking this.

I hope England get knocked out the world cup pronto as while they are in my takings will drop.

I dont feel this way because I am Scottish. I just know that when England are beat I will get more customers so I would feel this way even if I was English.

Do any ladies on here feel the same? I do not believe I am alone in thinking this.

There've been a few posts on this while you've been terrorising Florida. Most ladies seem to feel there won't be a big difference and a few are planning to offer the match on TV with half-time entertainments!

P.S. - clear some space in your mailbox. :)

You don't have to worry,England is a Quarter final team at best !I would like them to go all the way ,though they will not due to lack of playing together as a team and all those ego's of the un-educated Pre-maradonnas of which only the Chelsea player Frank Lampard can put his hand up and say not that as he has got high grades unlike most of them who ain't got jack shit! Its amazing really !100k a week for kicking a ball about and they earn as much in a week as a top surgeon with years of skill and learning under his belly earns in a year! Fucking laugh!Though that the same for all sports men.Its calculated from the the money they bring in for the games, tornaments clubs etc. Its all business nmow not for fans anymore i am afraid!:)

I'm no lady, bit I hope so too!

I'm in retail and as sure as eggs are eggs whenever there is a sports fixture on during the day involving our national team/player our sales fall. Also I live very much in the thick of it, so I tend to get the raw end of deal in the twighlight hours too from the excited or angry supporters leaving the pubs! :)

I can't wait for the World Cup! I love a good footy match. I have my tshirt and flag all ready. I can't see it being too much of a problem work wise as it isn't on every hour of the day and some guys might even use it as an excuse to get away! Only problem for me is that it will clash with Big Brother. I know I'm sad.

Never really noticed a difference, sorry but for me I would rather play the sport than watch it and bloody Big Brother dominating the TV for the Summer, come on !!!! Please, I pay for a TV licence!!!

There are not many England matches in theory so unless people want to watch every match going I can't see there being a problem. Only trouble was one match co-incides with my birthdya plans, pah!!! Lots of drunk England fans not good.

Nope LOTM! :)

I'm hoping they go all they way, I really looking forward to the parties & BBQ's I have planned for every England game, and the feel good factor can I hope generate enough income for me to leave escorting and become Englands first "no tail" manager.

I don't know many men who would swap 90 minutes of mixed wrestling for 90 mins of Football given the option (and the fee of course)

Its a good excuse to escape Mrs Client too isnt it?

I'm just popping down to the Eagle and Child to watch the match dear...............Yeah what a result !

Maybe there are as many not interested as there are interested!

I can never understand why school hollidays slow business down so much!

Only time I watch football is during the world cup or euro tournaments ... hope England go all the way but they're never an easy team to watch as apart from that time they trounced Germany 5-0 (?) they do tend to make a meal of it so until the final whistle goes, you can't rule out them snatching defeat from victory ... let's not even talk about penalty shootouts! :)

More likely to go after sex just to get away from all this football crap, it's the way they seem to think everyone is into it, plus I think it will hit some of my business.

I'm quite a novice to punting, but recall during one of my early punts the WG being surprised that I was there, as England were playing in an evening match. I'd forgotten (couldn't care less really) and ws more horny than interested in soccer TBH!

I don't think it will make a difference, the punters will either use it as an excuse to be able to disappear or they will just schedule sex around the football :)

No contest...Watch England V Punt....Punt wins every time.I`d rather watch parks footy than professional game any day.I may be considered mad by the average British male but imho most professional footballers are overpaid prima -donnas with results owing more to luck than skill, whereas all the working girls I have encountered employ skills that usually leave me gasping..and very satisfied.Even the "great" Rooney turned to a working gran for a post match lift.

The world cup is good news if you dont like football

easier to see that special WG who may welcome you more

Agreed - I don't follow football as a sport but I have found that my local parlours are almost empty when there is a big match on with all the girls sitting around waiting for punters.

On several occasions I've scheduled my punting to coincide with the match and have been able to have the choice of any of the girls working that evening.

What is this "World Cup" of which you speak?

And as for Big Brother.... utter utter crap - thank god this is the last one. God forbid that another company should acquire the franchise :)
