So they steal all our money....put their respective countries into generations of debt...............and then tell us we are to be criminalised for doing what comes naturally........remember we ALL pay for it in the end!!!!

Bring back hanging....:)...burning at the stake for these incompetent, hypocrits!

Its a very misleading title to both your post, and the blog entry.

The vote was supported by Glen's 43 Labour colleagues but opposed by the SNP, Liberal Democrats and Conservatives and her amendments rejected by 78 votes to 44.

on the contrary YOU are the one who is posting misleading things, get you facts straight before you write anything!

NEW plans to criminalise prostitution will be launched in the autumn, following a consultation with relevant groups on how to tackle "the oldest profession in the world".

Godman said: "There will be a full consultation, put together over the summer, but not put out until the beginning of September or the end of August."

The aptly names Mr Reckless, presumably ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/kent/10590725.stm) woke up this morning with a hang over. Where were you last night, given how sharp you sound? Head still spinning?

Glen & Godman (G&G) are eager to put a stop to the selling of sex - last time round, fascinatingly for a matter which had no place in the party manifesto, all 43 Labour MSPs voted for it, and faced a united opposition of all the other parties! Just because the septuagenarian Trish Godman has a "thing" about the oldest profession doesn't mean that it will go through. We have an election in May next year. Will the same gang be there after then?

I do, slightly, wonder whether Glen, a List MSP for North East Scotland, has been leaning on the Grampian Chief Constable to provoke him into his brief campaign of "protection" of WGs on tour in Aberdeen?

Thats the real reason the bridge/tunnel was built between Copenhagen and Malmo - so all those Swedes can swan off to Denmark for a shag :)

Looking for a bit of analysis of what the motivations are.

Is the labour Party in Scotland and paricularly in Strathclyde in hoc to professional feminist sociology or are they RCs doing as their priests tell 'em?

Trish Godman appears to be, or have been, the Deputy Presiding Officer of the Scottish Bible Society. Scotland, at least in theory, has a robust and sensible system of government, having benefitted from being able to design it afresh. But it also has, especially in the West, a strong of Presbyterian tradition that still flourishes. Its history is connected with the word 'redneck.' Calvin was originally a Catholic and, like most of the rebel offshoots, looks quite similar today when viewed from a secular distance, unless you happen to be at a football match in, say, Glasgow. The Northern Irish link, for what it is worth to rabble-rousers, is equally historic. Which is where you get the idea of secular Catholics and secular Protestants. Plans to launch a bill are just that until they get off the ground. I've no idea if she even has the requisite signatures among fellow MSPs yet. The Swedish nonsense just happens to be around at the same time and happens to be supplying the requisite dodgy facts, just as other groups (possibly with more direct connection) happened to be around when Gordon Brown's sidekick went into the fray. (btw 'feminist sociology' is too broad a term to be used in a blanket fashion - much like the lad on the corner of Holyrood claiming he represents all Scots.)

I'll make it clearer for you.

So they steal all our money....

Who is stealing money? And who's money is being 'stolen' ?

put their respective countries into generations of debt...............

Who put who into debt?

and then tell us we are to be criminalised for doing what comes

That hasn't even been launched as a bill yet, but you say someone is telling you you are to be criminalised?

incompetent, hypocrits!

I'll give you that, there are a few of them in Holyrood.

considering Teela Sanders and other real sociologists, I should have said "cheerleaders if gutter press employing amateur sociology".

But it would have made the sentence too long.
