Unfortunately, I have to rate Ruby very poorly. She did not answer the door when I arrived for our scheduled meeting. After 5 minutes of me waiting outside, she came to the door (without opening it) and shouted that the appointment was cancelled. I asked why and she said that she didn't know, but that I should call the agency. I left and called the number only to be told that she doesn't see people of my ethnic background. Needless to say, I was not impressed. So, bottom line, this is NOT a classy lady and while she may be nice to some of her clients, I would think twice before making an appointment and travelling to her flat.
