very clean, friendly receptionist greeted me with a smile and found her to be very warm and welcoming. rooms spacious and clean

The Story
Was taken upstairs, showered. Holly came in the room and lay on the bed. I thought "Bloomin' Heck" ive dropped on here but unfortunately thats where it ended. Ile keep it short and to the point, She didnt remove her clothes during the whole 15mins (shouldve been 30mins) i spent with her. Felt very rushed and uncomfortable with her. No kissing, No RO, No conversation, Bad OW. Just the bare bones of a really bad service. I have always had a good experience with HO in such with there being really friendly great girls but on this occasion I felt like I was throwing my money into the wind. I would definately not recommend Holly but would still return to HO as I think their customer service is exemplary.
