This could have and should have been great.
I arranged the booking via txt with Blue Monday at short notice having been let down by another agency.
I was quite clear in my request (owo and CIM) and was told owo was available, but no CIM. Fair enough...I confirmed and turned up.
Unfortunately owo wasnt on offer and never is accoridng to Sophia. Slightly miffed, but given I'm 25 percent through the booking - I can hardly walk out.
Otherwise, I cannot fault Sophia.
I spoke to Blue Monday afterwards who were pretty unhelpful to be honest and was told 'usually it is' they say they spoke to Sophia who says that owo was offered. Well....it wasnt.
I didn't expect much out of Blue Monday after the event, but at 350 for the hour I felt a bit cheated and quickly dismissed when I queired the lack of service vs what I was sold.
I'd reccomend Sophia if your OK with covered oral.
