The Premises
The entrance to the block seems to be getting worse by the week - rubbish and junk piled up everywhere, the internal stairs are shabby and need a good clean - all of this is cosmetic but it does spoil the atmosphere. If this were just a one off instance I wouldn't mention it but it appears to be an ongoing problem. The flat itself is fine.
