My first visit to WFB. Booked over the phone that morning despite never having been before. Helpful directions. Receptionist polite and welcoming, got me a drink on arrival. Relaxed atmosphere in the lounge. Nice sized room with ensuite shower. Water temperature either too hot or too cold but that was the only negative. Overall, seemed like a class act to me.
