We felt there was a need for a simple message board where Reviewers and Service Providers could communicate and exchange information, without all the complexity and moderation headaches associated with the former forum.
Service Providers who have an active profile in the Directory, and Reviewers with an active account, may post here and use the Private Messaging system.
This board is integrated with the main site, so your existing PN login details will work here.
Reviewers already have a nickname, which appears on their reviews. Service Providers (who have not previously needed a nickname) will need to create one in the "My Account" page on the main site before signing in to the board.
This is very new and will be growing and evolving over time. Comments and suggestions are welcome in the Support forum.
