It is a premium rate number, which is not included in your normal mobile phone allowance.

They can be very deceptive, because, like mobiles, they start with 07. Sometimes, they're used for scams where they send you a missed call, in the hope that you then call them back - once you've connected, you're stung for a large bill.

The profile says "Spanish", but from the look of her, I would guess that it is a lady from Spanish Transylvania.
