Escort reviews are similar to restaurant reviews on say trip advisor.
A good restaurant/escort will have lots of good reviews but also some bad ones, sometimes it just doesn't click or you chose the wrong option. Both may some have false reviews!
Alas a newbie may have few or no reviews, thy are more of a gamble.
